Movies π₯ Why are Indian films so ass?
Like , no seriously, why are they so ass? Like do all the writers and producers and anyone who contributes to setting the movie's premise just like get a lobotomy or what? I'm fucking tired of seeing every film on just 3 overused cliches
1) Romance :- Despite being the most overused type of movie all of them , (okay maybe not all but like only <10 are all right) are pure dogshit , it's just the same cool guy and petite girl type shit story that have been experienced by a grand total of like 3 couples in THIS country having no relatability , the main character, the Chad somehow just woos up the girl with only like 3 convos with her, and the main character is sooo perfect FROM THE BEGINNING , which is exactly the polar opposite of what is the case of EVERY PERSON reading this , it just feels like a failed opportunity to encourage personal grooming and self improvement, and don't even get me started on the no means yes mentality of every fucking mc.
2) Mythology:- By far the biggest travesty is that despite having a solid mythological base , ALL Indian mythological films feel so ass , like there's no charector development, philosophy, proper dialogue, or something at all . Every charector is either the personification of good or evil. And for some reason they aren't even realistic , like you really mean to tell me , that Krishna , a dude from modern day U.P , who is said to look like a black cloud , really is white enough to look like he's from caucasia??? And like why does every indian millenial gobble this shit up like their own son / daughter made it??
3) Animation :- I swear to god it feels like every writer is like some mahaguru or what ,? Why does EVERY FUCKING FILM has to be about mythology?? Like you know that you can literally just made up any fictional story and you just decide to make up a PowerPoint presentation level film with a funding of a single kurkure and a kiss on the cheek which just feels like a huge waste.
I'm saying as a Hindu , just my looking at the utter shit quality of movies of the last two cliches , sometimes I wish that our mythological texts couldn't be translated, because if I were god , Id just , with all due respect to anyone religious, kill myself than watch the low quality stuff that is being praised , period.
(Now I know that some movies of these cliches are well written , so no need to say that "INSERT MOVIE NAME" is good , I'm not gonna watch it regardless and I'm not even gonna talk about action films)

Movies π₯ Why is the Documentary "India's Daughter" Banned in India?
"India's daughter" is a documentary about the terrible assault and murder that occurred in 2012. It seems that everyone knows about the events that occurred and the crimes that were committed. However, the entire documentary and most importantly the interviews shown in the documentary are unable to be viewed by people in India. It's important for the general public to be aware of such atrocities, and the actions that followed, so why is India censoring this specific documentary?
