All I get is 'invalid code' when I try to do this deal - Why is Marcos app and website *ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE* every single time we try to use them? I've called stores, one tells me the other branch can use it - but the other store tells me to call a different number. Anyone have a clue wtf is going on with Marcos coupons and marketing team?

Marco's doesn't recognize my address when I try to get delivery.

This is driving me crazy. I have an existing Marcos account set up with the only phone number I have. When I try to login, it doesn’t accept my password. When I request a password reset, it says it’s unable to reset and says if I’m a new customer I can sign up. I go to sign up, fill in the requested info, including my phone number, and it says “that phone number is being used by a different account”. I try all this with the only 3 emails I have and get the same response every time. Any way dead?

And it was the best decision I’ve ever made!! Marcos is an absolute joke in every way.

I live in the Piedmont Triad of North Carolina, and we were planning to order pizza from Marco's, but apparently the Thomasville NC and High Point NC stores are no longer open? Any word as to why this happened?

I have successfully placed many orders at multiple different Marco's over the last year using a gift card. As soon as you were ready to check out, you had to: enter your gift card number and PIN, click Apply, then enter your credit card information (even if the gift card covered your entire total).

For months now, I have not been able to enter my credit card information after entering my gift card information. My gift card covers my entire total which automatically makes the credit card area unclickable. I would click Place your order and the popup would say "No payment has been selected." I have tried both the website and the app.

Yes, I suppose I could place the order and pay in-store with the gift card, but I prefer to have my order paid for and ready for pickup, like it used to be. Anybody else experiencing this?

I’m so pissed about this, because we quit ordering Pizza Hut for this same reason. Place an order tonight, like 5 minutes later it says it’s out for delivery. Half an hour goes by, when the store is only like 8-10 minutes away, and still no pizza. I’m looking out the door when I get a message that our pizza has been delivered. No one has come down the street. I call the store and tell them it’s marked delivered but I never got it. The store tells me their system still shows the driver is on their way. At this point I’m so angry because I already know how this is going to go. 15 more minutes goes by and here comes a car creeping down the street. Our notification said Mandi was delivering, and some west African dude jumps out with our cold ass pizza that was never in a delivery bag. Store refunded us and we just tossed it in the trash.

What is it? Open pit? Baby Ray’s? Sysco? Gordon’s choice? Are the wings deep fried?

It would be great if I could add my gate code to the online order. Instead of the driver having to call me every time. Maybe add a delivery instructions field to the order form.

My local Marcos once again sent a Dasher with my pizzas. And they're nice people, working hard with a side gig in this economy.

But my pizza wasn't warm. The Dashers don't have the insulated bags. So my pizza shows up cold.

When I get an actual Marcos delivery, the pizza's still nice and warm.

I'm going to start using the comments section on the order to refuse a Dasher. I didn't know if that will work. But I'm going to try. I'm going to follow up with calls to the local store.

I didn't think I'm asking for a lot here. One night a week I didn't have to think about what's for dinner. I just order and relax, waiting for a delicious meal.

And it's cold.
