Imagine finishing a normal workday, walking out to the car park, and driving home in a brand-new car gifted by your boss. Or better yet, leaving the office to unlock the doors to your very first home.

For thousands of employees at Hari Krishna Exports, this dream became a life-changing reality.

Founded by Surat-based diamond merchant Savji Dholakia, the company has become globally famous for redefining corporate gratitude with its legendary Diwali rewards.

Moving far beyond standard cash bonuses, qualifying workers receive cars, apartments, and fine jewellery as a direct thank-you for their loyalty, dedication, and outstanding performance.

In one of its largest festive celebrations, the company distributed an astonishing 1,260 cars and 400 apartments to its workforce. For many families, it meant owning a vehicle or a home for the very first time.

Dholakia’s philosophy is simple: a company’s success belongs entirely to the people who helped build it.

By tying these rewards to long-term loyalty and attendance, the company doesn't just hand out gifts—it actively invests in its people, setting a powerful global benchmark for ultimate employee appreciation.
