I used the penpoc brush from the Ink bundle and then used an overlay layer with gradient tool and airbrush to color my sketch
Another piece of art in progress. The first image is from my Instagram post (I’m a fan of Instagram filters... („• ֊ •„)). The second image shows the original colors; it’s still a work in progress. I'm currently rendering feathers. And the last one is the line art. I'm thinking of making something like a magazine cover out of this (・∀・)

I didn’t plan to make a full background for this at first so I had to draw around the character, but it came out all right I guess?

I’ve been building tools directly into a custom version of Krita, and I wanted to show what they actually do. The main idea is to make it easier to move between a rough idea, a pose, and editable artwork without leaving the canvas.
The 3D tool puts a poseable figure over the drawing as a reference. I can move and scale the figure, adjust its perspective and proportions, pose individual joints, and reset a joint when an experiment gets ridiculous. The pose stays with its 3D layer, so I can come back to it while sketching.
Separately, the 2D Art Rig lets me add bones to painted artwork and move parts of a character while keeping the original source intact. It’s useful when a sketch is close but the pose needs another pass.
We also worked on Smart Patch and Object Select. Patch uses a painted area to guide a local repair; it can also erase an isolated mark when it’s surrounded by transparency. Object Select lets me loosely circle something and have Krita follow its shape, including the edges and holes of an isolated painted layer. The Bulbasaur images are some of the old-versus-new Patch comparisons.
I added Spell check support with right click for correction options and a customized On canvas Text editing format with fonts you can favorite at the top.
There are smaller workflow changes too: movable controls on the canvas for things like 3D adjustments and selection growth, plus a compact text bar with font favorites and recent fonts, formatting, alignment, line and letter spacing, and spelling suggestions. I also added a Sharp corners option to the Stroke layer style for keeping pointed outlines crisp.
There is plenty more I don't quite know how to show through pictures but this is a personal custom build, not a feature list for standard Krita or a finished plugin release. I’m still testing it on real drawing sessions.
Would you want some of these Application improvements or tools?

Hey guys, what size of canvas you recommend for detail? I noticed that most of my drawings look like absolute mess while zooming in. Apart from me trying to get used to tablet I figured that my main issue is canvas size. What would you recommend?

I was drawing a background of a jungle for a short project I wanted to do for myself, but it was getting frustrating drawing that scene. To get some peace of mind I needed a break from it and focus on something else that why I did this.
