Aryna tried for the comeback in the second set but Ryba was too much for her.
With this Ryba solidifies her lead on World #1, taking the Australian Open, World Number One Ranking AND US Open Threepeat from Sabalenka. It's rough to watch.
CONGRATULATIONS OUR 2026 TWO TIME SLAM CHAMPION WORLD NUMBER ONE ELENA RYBAKINA!!!

After a fast start, Jannik led the match at 6-3, 6-2, 5-1, then started having physical issues. Juan Manuel stayed steady, keeping Sinner moving, and winning 18 of the final 20 games for the biggest victory of his career!

Djokovic was serving for the match at 5-3, 15-15 in the second set when Medvedev hit a dead ball accidentally into a spectator’s eyes. The spectator laid down for a few minutes and seemed seriously hurt. Medvedev was soon defaulted.
