I've been playing rs since 2005, and since then I've always had a bank pin, i always liked that the numbers jumped around on every click. It didn't take me long to notice that the next number in your pin sequence can move to the box you just selected for the previous click.
This made a little game for me every day I logged in. The game was simple, could I open my bank by clicking the same box 4 times in a row.
Over the years I got close, having a few 3s in a row, but on this day... more than 20 years on since I stared playing it happened, I opened my bank pin by using the same box 4 times!
Im sure most people won't find this very interesting but to me this has been a "grind" I've been on since I first made my account.
Looking at all the gear, all the pets that I've obtained over all that time, funny that this irrelevant achievement somehow feels like one of the greatest to me.
Im interested to see if anyone else has anything similar to this, let me know

Final stats:
This account was a joke idea in my friend group for years before I finally made it. I started out thinking it would just be something funny to do and ended up having the dedication to see it through.
Level up album: https://ibb.co/album/zVN55p?page=3&seek=5gYcSC6p (for some reason 14-24 are missing)
Account name is OnlyShrimp99 if you want to look it up on templeosrs or wiseoldman, can't link here.
Across the span of this account I started a new job, got married, and made lots of friends.
All in all this was a fun second monitor project, and I met a lot of cool people at the Al Kharid fishing spot. My average xp/hr was something like 3000 given how AFK I was. I relish having the screen real estate back but I will miss catching those lil water bugs.

Initially, she responded cheerfully saying her best friend also plays the game. 15 minutes before the end of the day, she messaged me on Slack asking if I could chat for a minute.
Her exact words: “I don’t know how to say this without sounding inappropriate, but are you on the autism spectrum? You’re so organized and meticulous at work, and after finding out you play runescape, it all made sense.”
I didn’t want to laugh in case her friend had autism, so I bit my tongue hard to stifle my laughter. I can’t really blame her because my work style has autism written all over it.
Edit: It’s crazy how writing something with a semblance of correct grammar and avoiding a gigantic run-on sentence gets you accused of using an LLM to write it. Maybe I do have autism lmao. I know social interaction is rare among our community, but I didn’t know it was that rare.

First time playing OSRS. I spent 4 hours to go from bronze defender to dragon defender. ~2.000 tokens.

After years of clicking rooftops, I'm finally close enough to make a run at 200M Agility.
Starting tomorrow I'll be doing a 24-hour stream and should hit 200M during the event.
Current XP: 198 million exp.
Stream starts: Between 5PM - 9PM EST. Exact time will be announced tomorrow.
Come watch me finally escape this skill playing on and off for 4 years so we can move onto the next one. on: Kick

I think we’ve just witnessed a top 5 OSRS moment ever, never seen a more clutch moment in every possible way than this before, HOLY FUCK GNOME YOU GOAT!
CONTEXT: The teams needed a zuk kc to get the first mission reward of the day, both gnome and muts were sending an attempt in pretty rags gear, gnome being ahead 20 minutes at the start with muts closing in with the tbow. Gnome was prayer flicking where possible to save supplies, even as far as flicking triple jads/healers (melee), going into zuk with barely any supplies, offticking his set spawns, has a clean run the entire time, solid healers clear and going into the final phase of zuk he had no restore left and running out of prayer, last bit of zuk hp he got a 3rd set spawning and with barely any prayer left he gambled on dpsing zuk instead of aggroing the set, basically sacraficing his shield in hopes he wins the dps race. It literally came down to the last tick as he ran out of prayer, shield was down and ranger/mager/zuk all aggroing gnome at the last tick while gnome hit the last bit of zuk’s hp to bring the kc home

Greetings everyone, AsianGrinder here.
A lot of people have already approached me, so my goal with this post will be to answer some common questions about my Sailing journey to 99, as well as to give insight into the journey as a whole.
First I would like to explain my journey in hitting the 99 goal mark.
My journey began when Jagex announced the official release date of Sailing.
I immediately called my boss and asked for a few weeks off work, starting the week of the release. My boss was very kind in allowing me the time off for the entire duration, so big shoutout to him.
I started prepping as soon as possible watching all the information that floated around on YouTube, Reddit, etc.
This meant gathering the materials for upgrading the boats and obtaining sawmill vouchers for making the planks cheaper. I also decided to do my 100 Kill count for Tempoross, to use the lvl 90 crewmate if this became relevant for maximising exp gains.
I made sure to get plenty of rest before the event started, allowing me to stay up as long as needed, so I could stay on my AsianGrind.
On the day of the release, I went grocery shopping making sure I had enough food for me to focus on leveling Sailing.
When the update was released, I stood ready and hyped in Port Sarim along with everyone else in World 448. I took the quest, and the Grind was on.
After playing for several hours on day 1, I realized I was in the top 25 on the Overall Hiscores page. This gave me a crazy drive to keep going.
I played until the coldfix kicked me off, where I decided to get 3-4 hours of sleep.
From the time I woke back up, I stayed completely locked in and played until I reached lvl 99.
This ended up being one of the hardest things I have ever done in my life.
I was completely drained of energy, sleep deprived and mentally exhausted having stayed awake for days.
During the last hours of the race, I allowed my friend to livestream the event through Discord. I appreciate everyone showing up and supporting me, but during the stream, I realized I was losing focus and xp/hr, so I asked him to stop the stream due to my exhaustion and nervousness from the race being so close.
I would like to apologize to all the people who stayed up and expected the stream to be turned back online, I hope this post gives you an understanding of my mental state in the final hours.
I would like to give a massive shoutout to my girlfriend aka. SandwichLady for supporting me in doing this.
My girlfriend was my BIGGEST support in all this, keeping up with my health, providing me food and making sure I was generally okay. I can’t thank her enough for allowing me to do this despite me having noticeable issues in the end such as heavy chest pains and overall struggling to stay awake.
And an additional thanks to my friends who kept me company on Discord during the weirdest hours to keep me motivated, awake and asking about my health. You all know who you are and I appreciate everyone of you.
Special thanks to the following people for helping me research and staying motivated.
Bob Skytte
Gudinde aka. Tweakerguy xD
Kawii / Tarnished Bo
Staller
To Virtik for helping me write this post.
And, thanks to FasT 07 for an insanely close race. GL to 200 mil.
I appreciate all the support you guys have given me along the way – the kind messages when I passed you by on my boat and everyone showing me love afterwards.
