PENCILS Pencils anyone?
Is anyone coloring with just colored pencils? I feel like all I see now is markers. Markers are fine! I’m not talking them down there great! I was just trying to see if there are any pencil people out there like me that are also looking for advice?

PENCILS I color between high stress calls at work to re-center.
Anyone else call them map colors, or is that just whatever alternate dimension I grew up in?

PENCILS My first page!
I got a random suggestion for this sub a while ago and I've been a silent observer. You guys inspired me to color and I love it, it's very relaxing! Just finished my first page and I think it turned out well. I'm open to suggestions to improve!
I used colouring pencils because wet markers still intimidate me 😅
Materials used: Coco Wyo's Cozy Corner, Faber Castel 48 color pencils

PENCILS I'm really proud of this page I did with Crayola pencils ❤️
I've been coloring for a long time and always just had Crayola markers and pencils to use. It's so tempting to drop the money on fancy markers and pencils that everyone else uses but I decided to see if I could improve my technique to get a better outcome instead and I'm quite pleased with myself! I think I might buy some softer pencils in the future just because these are really hard to sharpen and hard on my hands but I'm happy that I was still able to create a beautiful picture with what I had ❤️

PENCILS Excited to get back into coloring!
I bought a beautiful coloring book for $3 yesterday and busted out my pencils for the first time in a long time. After listing to my audiobook and coloring away my hand hurts lol but I feel so happy. I have a feeling I’ll be sitting at my desk a lot more ☺️

PENCILS My only 2 completed pages for spooky season.
I really love the Southern Lotus books. They use many different artists for their books and if you sign up for their website you can download 5 pages a day from any of their books! Just FYI! I'm really loving pencils right now.
Edit: I'm also taking suggestions for background color on the first one! I was calling it complete because I'm scared to ruin it 😂

PENCILS Attempting to make gradients with pencils
Frankly speaking, I'm rather satisfied with the filled areas. But now I want the whole page to look good, so it's time to pick other colours wisely, which seems a challenging task for now.
