My sister, her husband Luke, and their son Logan were killed on I-71 back in April. Logan was one year old. Footage of the crash site and a photograph of the three of them are now being used in an ad from Senator Jon Husted's campaign. Nobody contacted us about it. The photographer wasn't asked either, and he was a friend of ours.

We wrote to the campaign on August 17 and it was delivered by certified mail on the 19th. We haven't heard back. The ad is still running as of this morning.

I don't want this to become an argument about immigration, and we're not speaking for any party or candidate. We just want it taken down.

Please don't go after anyone over this. If you think it's worth passing along, please do.

Just posting here to warn people. Earlier today around 1:00, I witnessed two neo nazi skinheads walking in to the Polaris mall. They insulted the band on the t-shirt I was wearing, called me a homophobic slur (“you look like a f**got”) and then outright just blatantly said “white power” and did the salute as they walked into the building.

Completely shaved heads, leather jackets (even though it was a rather hot day), and one of them was wearing a Slayer t-shirt (which is stupid because their singer isn’t even white).

They have been reported to mall security, but I figured I should warn people. I don’t even wanna know what they planned to do in that mall but they were already causing trouble right at the door. I was excited to go shopping but I immediately changed my plans after that.

It disgusts and baffles me that there are people out there who will just blatantly do and say things like this outright in public to people’s faces. They were like cartoonishly stupid and hateful and evil, like something out of a movie.

They’re also complaining that I’m not the one who snitched on them because my mom is the one who reported them? Like bro, I wasn’t even gonna report you to security, my mom just did that after I told her what just happened. Acton leads Vivek in early Ohio Governor poll

According to an Ohio Public Policy Polling survey, Amy Acton edged out Vivek Ramaswamy in a hypothetical match-up — 45% to 44%

In the same poll, Vivek led prospective candidate Tim Ryan 48% to 42%.

Interestingly, the same voters had a generally favorable view of Trump — 53% saying they have a favorable opinion to 43% unfavorable.

This is the 3rd incident this week and they’re ramping up. I had to call the cops on a dually truck who ran me off the side of the highway, I had an instance where an SUV didn’t let me safely merge this morning while being flicked off, another car just ignored my turn signal, sped up and pushed into my lane, people have aggressively passing normal for Columbus however, this has been like bumper to bumper close. I’m tired boss.

I don’t mind the constant birds. Fuck Tesla. We are traveling at 70+ MPH - please, do not toy with someone’s life. It’s become such a liability for me to even drive because it’s anxiety inducing. I still have a car payment on this thing. I have tried to sell this stupid vehicle, no one’s actually interested because I’ve been spammed by people trying to waste my time for being a Tesla car owner. (Yes, this a real thing that is happening) I think the reason my car in particular garnishes more attention is possibly my license plate? I think it’s an excellent opportunity for marketing if a local dealership wants to help me out.

I am a Creative Consultant and want nothing to do with this brand. What dealership has a used 2024 Prius in Black who can help me? It looks bitchin’, it serves my eco-friendly goals and it would be embarrassing for Tesla. I build pitch decks for a living. Cash + trade or 1:1 - whatever deal I can find. I think there’s a serious opportunity to cause some upset. And start a powder-keg for losing one of the most recognizable names - to a Prius. Hell yes.

EDIT: Wow! This blew up! Y’all are so nice here too! So, based on feedback - may have to be very selective with what dealership I go for. CV offered a decent amount. I still think this post has demonstrably proven, this could be a sick marketing stunt, if we find a dealer. Especially with my plate. I don’t want to spoil what it is. Going to simply show up to a few doors and bring my creative brain and negotiate! I’m headed to a few this week to see what branches I can shake up!
