This team just needs to start balling out
I remember back in the 2023 season we got absolutely embarrassed on week 5 or something against the 49ers. Offense was lousy that game, bad play-calling and effort but afterwards it was like that game gave us a wake up call. The following weeks we played better than ever before, Dak was commanding that offense and we played lights out on both sides of the ball and went on a winning streak
I hope that Packers game last week will make us push forward like never before and on Monday night we begin a winning streak.
(I know I sound delusional, stupid and that I should have no hope. But I just accept that Jerry will not fire Schottenheimer in the middle of the season, this is probably Pickens' last season here, and we can't tank cuz the Jets have our 1st round pick. So why not ball out and not give two shits what the world thinks?)

Cowboys are in a weird spot tomorrow
If they LOSE: “How could you lose to an injured team?”
If they WIN: “Philly was injured, the win doesn’t matter”
Either way DC4L! We’re eating fried eagle for dinner baby!

Question What would Aikman as GM look like?
I was reading this article about his time at ESPN coming to an end and apparently extending an olive branch to Jerry. I don't know enough about Troy to make an educated guess, but how do you think he'd do as GM? How would he specifically improve the team?

Even Rodgers said
Mccarthy is a horrible playcaller and he had to take over playcalling for their offense to do anything

Who’s Really Failing the Dallas Cowboys Right Now?
Or better yet, what percentage of the pie belongs to each of these? 40-40-20? What does Cowboys Nation say? We have the talent, but somehow we are not putting it together, and it needs to be fixed. We have an excellent chance to win the division.

Player Discussion Dak
I'd love to caveat this by saying please only respond if you like Dak as our QB, but it's Reddit so is what it is I guess lol. Still a request.
Genuinely wondering: what do y'all think is up with Dak? I think he's an excellent QB. We've seen that over the years and even just a couple games ago! But I'm wondering if he has a little case of the yips. My main concerns are:
1) against the Packers, he seemed allergic to throwing downfield. Obviously a lot of that is on play calling and coaching, but it looked like he was anxious about interceptions. And when they blitzed constantly, it was such a prime opportunity to make big plays. So what we ended up with is no big plays but still having interceptions anyways.
2) I feel like he's losing faith in himself, particularly in his decision making. In my opinion, one thing that makes him so good and special is his IQ, recognition of coverage pre and post nap, and his adjustments. In the Packers and Buccs games, when he was getting blitzed play after play, it felt like he wasn't always changing the protection appropriately and taking advantage of the defense's weaknesses.
Again, I think he's a Top 10 QB, at a minimum. I believe in him And fully trust that he's our guy. But do y'all think he's struggling at all? If so, what can be done to get him to play his way back to himself? Like playcalling specifically that would help? (similar to in basketball, getting a guy a dunk just so he sees the ball go in)
Excited to continue to watch him play, and I think he'll get back to himself, just hoping it's sooner rather than later :)
