*If I've violated any of the communities rules in this post, message me and I'll correct it, but please, leave this post up.
This is part a venting post, part a call-to-arms.
The pre-registration for Digimon online card game, Digimon Alysion came out of nowhere and hit the community like a truck. However, for some, the figurative truck missed and that sucks.
In a previous post, I commented on my attempt to reach the support team of Alysion to try and get some answers. But as I waited, I've been seeing frustration coming from South America residents. We are also fans of the franchise, we are fans of the game and some of us live in cities and regions where there isn't a local community to play. (So even spending money on the cards gets us nowhere). If there are more regions affected by this, I recommend you try the same.
I truly believe we should unite and try to at least get our answers. We were also out of Digimon UP and this leaves a bad taste in my mouth as someone who craved a comeback of the digital monsters.
I'll leave here the email address to reach the Alysion support team, as this is how I, who don't frequent other spaces like X, found to contact them. Please, remember to be polite if you pretend to email them or contact them in other platforms. (support@digimon-alysion.info)
I'll also probably cross post in the r/digimon as I think there many interested people in the game there who aren't here.
