Again, VERY small sample size, but at a time where there is little to be optimistic about with the Clippers, I’m glad we have KD, who plays his ass off every night and is likely our team’s best defender. He never gives up. Some of his numbers will probably drop, and his efficiency will likely come back to earth and be closer those of his first two seasons with the team, but he embodies the same spirit of Clippers basketball that made us fall in love with the 2018-19 team. Truly one of the very best role players in the association.

I remember seeing quite a few Ty Jerome comps for Wagler leading up to the draft. Now that Jerome is leading the league in scoring with 35 PPG on 56/43/89 splits, that comparison isn't looking too bad anymore lmao.

Obviously a small sample size, but it's pretty funny looking back at those comps now.

This team is actually looking great to start the season. And it makes me so angry to see Dick sacrifice his body to save us a possession multiple times and then a couple minutes later Rui basically passes the ball to the opposition for free.

He is not hitting his shots, he is not aggressive at all, he plays like he doesn’t want to win or even be here.

I understand giving players time to start the season and I’m sure he will get better. But another game thrown away like this and he should be starting from the bench.

We have a long and tough season ahead and it’s easy to go from 1-2 to being 4-20 with most of the games being “close ones”. We cannot let any games slip away and Rui is the only one out there that’s not a positive for the team in any way.

Get your head straight Rui! You can do it!

No matter who you're rooting for, it genuinely sucks to see an awesome player like Jdub go down, especially with just a minute left in the game. Honestly gave me flashbacks to when PG got injured against the Thunder back in 2023 when Lu Dort landed on his knee in the fourth quarter. Hate seeing injuries like this regardless of what team a player is on.

I got the ultimate wall pass, but ran into problems reserving tickets. Trying to reach customer support, but no luck with phone calls or email. The phone rings but no one answers, it asks to send email, but no one replies.

First of all I want to wish Jalen Williams a speedy recovery. It’s a horrific injury I wouldn’t wish upon anyone. I genuinely hope that he’s going to be able to come back from this…

That being said, this place has been flooded with hate and toxicity in every post I’ve looked in, and that hate hasn’t been met with reciprocated animosity but genuine empathy. It’s a horrible injury, why can’t we just focus on prayers for their recovery instead of dissing this franchise? I’ve seen so many degrading comments it’s kind of sad. I really don’t want to say it but this is the same franchise that has produced Lu Dort….

Despite all these comments I think it’s important to not lose one’s head. When people go low don’t go lower, just either ignore them or give a dignified response, I don’t think insulting them back would be the right way to go around it.

Does anyone in here have any experience ordering an authentic jersey from the Clippers ?

I ordered a Keaton Wagler Statement Authentic Jersey last week after the Clippers beat the Kings, and I was really excited since I’ve always wanted an authentic jersey since I was little. My last two jerseys were a rookie SGA swingman 6 years ago, and CP3 swingman 13 years ago. I really want this jersey to last me a long time, and it’s the reason why I chose a rookie. The fulfillment time was 6 weeks so I assumed the team store had to make a special order through Nike.

After doing a lot of research in anticipation and excitement, I didn’t know that any authentic jersey outside of the top-10 most popular player jerseys are actually not fully stitched by Nike, but instead a blank with the lettering and numbering stitched by partnered local manufacturers using a twill set from nike (which I think lack the real perforated holes on the numbers?). The product listing mentions nothing about it technically being a “custom”, and it feels a bit sneaky for someone like myself who didn’t know what to look out for beforehand (it even has its own SKU). Now if there are any defects, I am worried they won’t take the jersey back since it’s policy that no “customs” are allowed to be exchanged or returned.

Along with that, this Reddit and a lot of reputable jersey collecting YouTubers like Jersey Connect have mentioned the quality differences between “Factory-runs” and “Custom-runs” and now it has me regretting my purchase a bit.

My questions:

• has anyone had any experience with the quality of their team-store “custom” authentic jerseys being good? (Spacing being correct, twill not puckering, felt behind embroidery removed)

• how noticeable are the alignment issues and how common is it for the twill to snag the polyester where it’s stitched.

• in what cases would a team actually just heat press twill numbers and names while the team crest and other patches are stitched because the blank was pre-made

• does anyone have any experience with their return/exchange of a “custom” authentic ? even though it was of a real player

•should I save myself the headache and cancel my order while I can or is that overreacting

Right now there are five players down with injuries on the roster; Ingram, Yanic, Jordan Miller, Max Strus and Beal. Beal currently doesn’t have a return date fixed because of some mystery knee swelling so I’m just gonna leave him out of this for now. Yanic also probably won’t be with us until around later this year or the start of 2027. That leaves BI, Miller and Strus. I’ve read on CBS that they could be back by around the 8th of November. If that’s true, how would they fit in the rotation? What can we expect from each of these guys?

I don’t know who’s starting or even who’s better at any position but they have crazy energy and insane heart.

Turnovers? Yes. Too many tbs but GD I think they can match up w any team in the NBA.

So I was clearing out some old bookmarks and found a little piece of Clippers history. Before the information superhighway of blogs, podcasts, Twitter, and YouTube video analysis, we used to actually have the written blog. During the old Lob City days, I would constantly refresh Clips Nation and Clippers Blog. Now Clips Nation is so dead that SB Nation doesn’t even have a page for our team anymore, and Clippers Blog looks like it got taken over by some Thai betting site. So what’s out there now for Clippers fans? Besides WTFERICLOL Instagram posts, Adam A giving us the pre- and postgame talk, and the occasional random YouTube breakdown, where do you go for your Clippers fix? What sites, podcasts, YouTube channels, writers, or accounts are actually worth following? Shoutout to 213 Hoops. They’re still holding it down.

Is a bigger crime than anything Ballmer was charged for. Sounds like a Garage Band loop except it doesn’t even loop seamlessly. Wish there was an option for in arena feeds again because this music makes me want to run through a window.

Anyone got a contact number for Clipper Vision? I subscribed and can watch it on my TV, but I would also like to be able to watch on my laptop. I go to NBA League Pass and log in and try to watch it, but it says I need to subscribe to Clipper Vision. I click on my account and it says I already have it. Just want to be able to watch my game. You pay money and it doesn't work.

I’m an OKC fan that lives near the dome but overall just a huge basketball fan and it would be really cool to go to every game with my clippers friend. Can I truly not wear anything but clippers gear or can I wear my okc jersey if they’re not playing them?

With a capital P too. Ingram/Strus/Yanic play yesterday, LA wins the game. No doubt. lakers were at full strength and home.

Garland is the 7th leading scorer through 2 games and while he struggled with 10 TO's last night, he's being asked to do something he's never done in his career and is simply not a 1 option. It'll be an adjustment until LA finds a consistent 2nd scorer. Remember, we traded harden for him and got picks. would you rather have had harden or nothing? it was a slam dunk trade as gives the team some scoring punch for now.

Fountain of youth BroLo!!! how long will it last? idk but tbh if he provides half of what he's doing now, it's an absolute steal! great bridge for Yanic.

Wagler. wow. you can see it. Kid is special. he's an elite shooter and now, he's actually shooting with range. no hesitation. kid will bulk up next summer and likely won't even play summer league. so much fun to watch him grow. no need to rush him into the starting lineup anytime soon but Clippers have one.

DJ/Dunn. holy shit they clamped Luka. 10 turnovers to only 8 shots made. Those 2 single handedly punked him late in the 4th to get LA back within 2 possessions. all Luka could do is cry to refs like always. They will be a problem for any star we face.

Dick is showing he could be a decent 9th guy off the bench. remember, he was a throw in and someone viewed as more a liability.

Same for Isaiah. He was a throw in due to his guaranteed contract and he's a valuable 10th or 11th guy. Someone who can give you good hustle minutes.

Sanders/Rui will find their way. Solid role players IMO. Baba's minutes will come. And I didn't even mention Jordan Miller.

Right now, when Clippers get healthy, they'll be able to beat all the bad teams: kings, nets, grizzlies, suns, etc. They showed yesterday, they'll compete with play-in teams: Miami, lakers, blazers, hornets, etc and TBD vs the big dogs.

Very excited 2 games in. Lue has done a great job!!!! Clipp gang or don't bang!!!
