I’m new to following the WNBA and its offseason timeline. What are some dates I can look forward to once the Finals wrap up? And where is a good source of rumor mill news for the league activity?

I know the draft comes shortly after the NCAA tournament, and I’ll be sure to watch that closely for potential future Fire players. But I love some good free agent speculation stories and seeing player movement around the league as a whole and all the narratives that come with it.

If someone could point me in the right direction, that would be awesome!

And while we’re at it, who is the FA player you want to see the Fire add this offseason?

My 12 y/o granddaughter is OBSESSSED with Rose, the Fire mascot. I've been looking online for a wall poster of Rose for her room. Any suggestions or links?

Portland wants to bring the Women's World Cup back to Oregon for the first time since 2003. With the Bhathal family behind the push, could the city become a host for the 2031 tournament? There are financial and logistical challenges to overcome. Read for free.

Well, some of them. I'm not one to wear pins, so I did this. I'm sure y'all have found much more clever uses... So share!

Is there an option to upgrade your Season Tickets, even if you missed the window. I am in the 300s and wanted to move down to the 100s but the season ticket renewal/upgrade window came when I was moving and it didn’t make sense to make such big purchase at that time, is it possible to still upgrade or will I have to wait until next year.

Just wanted to jump in here. Not gonna lie, I was bummed our season ended so early. But looks like our Fire ladies are just getting started! 🔥🙌 Been seeing them all over the place. This morning in Vancouver, last week in Forest Grove! Pretty cool seeing the team still out there doing stuff. I missed Sarah Ashlee at the cancer walk, but gotta give the Fire credit. These ladies are balling 🔥🏀

Tell Dundon to keep the Blazers in Portland.

I was able to watch the Tasmania Jewels vs Geelong Venom game on the WNBL YouTube Channel.

Here's the link to this particular game: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4cbBKuGmgDQ

If anyone else grabbed one of those QR code cards offering a jersey raffle, they are reaching out to folks misleadingly claiming they have “good news” (not that you won) and then trying to get you into some free vacation scam. My group and I got the ”good news” text and we followed up. I can’t remember where we even got the card to enter.

Does anyone know if these guys are officially affiliated or just outside scammers? If official it seems predatory and worth complaining. We’re new to Moda and basketball so just assumed anything at Moda was officially affiliated.

Tldr: You didn’t win the signed jersey, don’t give them any more of your personal identifying info.

I know it’s a long shot but I think I am only missing one pin from this year’s games - the Juneteenth one. I have a couple extra pins to trade or I would be potentially willing to buy it.

If Iyana Martín can reach her ceiling for the Portland Fire she can end up being a Becky Hammon 2.0 in the WNBA. The key will be her shooting being elite. Becky Hammon at her peak was 2nd in MVP voting. (Reposted because of typo lol)

There's plenty of room on both the Portland State and University of Portland bandwagons this season. Both campuses are way closer than Corvallis and Eugene and, I would argue, the games are more fun.

This will be my third season as a STH for the Pilot women. Tickets are VERY reasonably priced and the team is amazing. With conference realignment this season, they have a real chance to win the WCC and make it to March Madness.
