This was my second attempt the first one looked like a disaster haha. But it was still delicious. This one looks a lot prettier and tastes just as good.

Thanks for the lovely comments. I’ve recently discovered my passion for cooking and baking and this really encourages me to keep going!

Update: sharing the recipe since a few of you asked:

I followed the recipe below, adjusted the quantities to 2 bananas and used pecan nuts instead, I personally recommend on using less sugar

Original Recipe

Ingredients
3 very ripe bananas, 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs, ¼ cup melted butter, 1½ cups flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt

Mix bananas, sugar, eggs, and butter. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt just until combined. Pour into a loaf pan, top with walnuts if you’d like, and bake at 325°F (approximately 165°C) for 55–65 minutes.

Don’t overmix the batter, Use very ripe bananas, Sprinkle the walnuts on top so they get beautifully toasted.

I (24M) am an international student in the US and lately found solace in cooking. Everyday I try to allot atleast 60 minutes to try and learn something new related to cooking. I am in a process of understanding my needs and planning to get the stoneware, knives and other stuff gradually!

There are a lot of things that I am trying to learn at the same time so most of these pictures might look like half baked stuff but man I definitely enjoyed eating them 🙂‍↔️
