Marketing What do women actually want from their swimwear? (Women aged 18+)

I'm doing some early-stage market research into women's swimwear and would really appreciate some opinions.

It's a short anonymous survey (around 2–3 minutes) looking at what women like, dislike and prioritise when choosing swimwear. There are no right or wrong answers — genuine negative opinions are just as useful as positive ones.

Thanks so much to anyone who takes the time to complete it!

Marketing Kink Test (18+)

My wife and I have been building an anonymous compatibility/kink test for the last few years, and we’re finally at the stage where we need real outside feedback instead of our own bias.

It’s long, but with the results being the promise of better sex, most people have completed it, much to our surprise.

We’re trying to figure out things like:

• Are the questions worded clearly?
• Do the results actually feel accurate?
• Are there categories that feel missing or overrepresented?
• Does the scoring feel fair?
• What questions made you pause or feel confused?

The test generates an anonymous “vibe code” you can compare with other people later, but right now I’m mainly looking for usability and data feedback.

Would genuinely appreciate brutally honest criticism from people who take these kinds of tests seriously (says the ADHD’er with rejection sensitivity 😅).

It was seriously made with the best intentions: helping couples communicate better and making sexuality feel a little less awkward to talk about.

18+ obviously.

Marketing Did you shit today? (Everyone)

I built WorldSays, a tiny anonymous voting site: one question, two answers, then you instantly see how different places around the world voted on the map.

This is one of a few questions on the site. No signup, takes about 5 seconds.

🌍 Vote here:

If you feel like it, there are a few other questions to answer too.

Got a weird question that would be fun to see on the map? Drop it in the comments. I might add some of them 🙌🏻

Marketing Could you help with a 4-minute survey about reading habits? (18+, Everyone)

Hi everyone! I’m doing some research into how people read, discover books, and choose between different ways of accessing them.

I put together a short 4-minute survey about reading habits and preferences. You do not need to be an avid reader or prefer physical books to participate, in fact, hearing from people with different reading habits is important to the research.

Nothing is being sold, and there are no affiliate links.

Marketing What if sightseeing was a game? (18+)

I'm a exploring an idea whether people would actually want this on a city break. Your honest opinion would help a lot. The survey is anonymous and takes about 5 minutes, with no sales and no personal data.

Imagine walking through a historic city centre (about 5km) and, instead of following a guide, you're solving a mystery. You follow a story across 12 famous sights and crack escape-room-style puzzles using real details of buildings and monuments, like inscriptions, statues and architecture. It would include various difficulty puzzles from easier to medium hard puzzles that will take about 10 mins each with hint system. Can be stopped at any time. Along the way you hear the history and legends of each place. (Did you know legend says Prague's Charles Bridge was built with eggs and cheese in the mortar?)

Marketing Help me with some research for a clothing project I’m working on (Everyone)

Hi everyone!

I’m Craig, and I’m working on a little clothing project called Mountain Tops.

I’m trying to turn some ideas into something real, and I’m collecting a bit of feedback to help me make better decisions about the direction I take.

I’ve put together a quick visual survey with 10 rounds. Each round shows six different tops, and you just pick whichever one you like best.

I’m hoping the results will give me a better idea of which styles, colours and artwork people prefer.

No sign-up or purchase involved, and it should only take a couple of minutes.

I’d really appreciate anyone taking the time to help me out. Thanks! 💛

Marketing Dog owners: Have you had problems with pet stairs or ramps?I’m an independent inventor developing a pet mobility product, and I’m looking for honest feedback [Marketing] (18+)

I’m an independent inventor developing a pet mobility product, and I’m looking for honest feedback from dog owners—especially those with senior dogs or dogs that have trouble reaching furniture. I’m researching real-life experiences with pet stairs and ramps, including stability, comfort, ease of use, and whether existing products actually meet your dog’s needs. I’ve put together a short, approximately 3-minute survey. No name or email ...I’d appreciate responses from people who have purchased pet stairs or ramps and found them disappointing—but positive experiences are equally valuable. https://form.jotform.com/262845466871066

Marketing Would you license your face and likeness to a private individual for AI use? (Everyone)

Would you license your face and likeness to a private individual for AI use?

Companies in China are already paying people $15–700 to license their faces for AI-generated content, and platforms like Avatise and cloneaible let creators sell likeness licenses to brands.

I'm curious about the individual side: if a single person (not a company) offered to pay you a one-time fee for an exclusive license to use your face and voice in AI-generated content for their own private use, would you consider it?

- What would it take, price-wise?

- Would exclusivity change your answer?

- What uses would you rule out completely?

Not an offer, just trying to understand where people draw the line.

Marketing [Marketing] Which AI storytelling features would you actually use? (18+, open to considering AI, 5–7 minutes)

I’m developing Lumalman, an AI storytelling app for adults, and researching which uses people would find most interesting: interactive adventures, fictional character conversations, developing original stories, or creating stories for possible submission to Lumalman Press.

I’m looking for adults who are open to considering an AI storytelling app—including people who are curious but unsure. You don’t need writing experience or previous experience with AI.

The survey takes about 5–7 minutes. Honest criticism and “not interested” answers are welcome. Email is optional, with separate opt-ins for research follow-up and development updates.

Marketing What should a choice-driven story game get right? 10 questions on character creation, story direction, timers, and presentation (Adult gamers 18+)

I'm developing WWYD (What Would You Do?), a choice-driven psychological game for adults. It plays out through cinematic scenes with spoken dialogue and explorable 3D spaces, and your choices decide what happens next.

This survey is for gamers generally, whether you mostly play story games, action and adventure, RPGs, or sports and competitive games. It has 10 questions and takes under 2 minutes. The questions cover character creation, story direction, ORA (an AI character who can comment on your choices), decision timers, how scenes are presented, and internal voices.

If you would rather answer here than open the form, here is what we need answered:

  1. What type of game do you play most: story and choice, action and adventure, RPG and simulation, or sports, racing, and competitive?
  2. How should your character be created: fully written with a fixed appearance, written with a customizable appearance, or your own avatar with a background you choose?
  3. What character gender options do you prefer: a male lead, a female lead, choose your character's gender, or no preference?
  4. Which story would you try first: a professional facing blackmail while searching for a missing sibling; a family fighting over money, loyalty, and buried secrets; or a tech insider who discovers an invention is manipulating people?
  5. Whose journey would you follow: one character over several years, one character in a short intense crisis, different characters in connected stories, or separate stories with different characters?
  6. How should the game's worlds connect: different parts of one character's life, different places connected by one mystery, separate worlds you can choose freely, or one detailed setting throughout?
  7. Should ORA, an AI character, comment on your choices and recurring patterns: briefly after major choices, at the end of each episode, only when you ask, or never?
  8. How should decision timers work: a short countdown for every choice, only during urgent moments, adjustable or off, or no countdowns?
  9. How do you prefer scenes: mostly reading with illustrated scenes, animated scenes with spoken dialogue, a 3D world you explore between conversations, or a mix?
  10. How do you feel about hearing the character's conflicting thoughts through voices that move around you: throughout the game, during intense moments, try it with an option to switch it off, or no internal voices? Answer any or all of them in the comments.

Survey: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSe0lGq-aF47NW0UvBdwB61I19BrKVYivEERSQeEZLV9DQaZww/viewform?usp=publish-editor

Marketing Title: Would you actually buy a gut-health jelly stick? Need brutally honest opinions.(18-50)

I’m in the very early stages of developing a wellness brand and wanted to get some honest feedback before I spend thousands of dollars on something people might not even want lol.

The concept is a daily gut-health jelly stick that you squeeze directly from the packet. Think a fruity, ready-to-eat jelly with fiber to support digestive health and regularity. No powders, no mixing, no pills.
I want it to taste genuinely good, have ingredients that actually serve a purpose, and feel more like a fun daily ritual than taking another supplement.
I’m considering a box of 15 sticks for around $25–$30.

A few things I’m curious about:
-Would you actually buy something like this, or does the jelly format seem weird?
-Do you currently take anything for gut health, bloating, or digestion? What do you like/dislike about it?
-Would you prefer a jelly over powders, gummies, or capsules?

Is $25–$30 for 15 servings reasonable, or would that be an immediate no?
What would make you trust a new gut-health brand enough to try it?
Please** be brutally honest.** If you think it’s a terrible idea, I genuinely want to know why.
I’m not selling anything or linking a product. Just trying to figure out whether there’s actual demand before investing in development.
Appreciate any feedback!

Marketing Website-building workflows and A$299 per-export pricing (Professional web designers building paid client websites, worldwide)

Hi, everyone!

I'm an independent developer working on FORGE, a pre-launch website-building tool, and I'm looking for honest feedback from professional website designers.

I'm conducting a short commercial market-research survey about how designers build client websites, the tools they use, their biggest workflow frustrations, and whether a per-export pricing model would be appealing.

SURVEY — 10 questions, approximately 2 minutes:

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScVxmeBw6NWj-btt9jbbMJYh6YOaxIkpdcYyOoQ5d2nRQPs-w/viewform

ACTUAL PRODUCT DEMONSTRATION — 100 seconds:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1h7euXbkIpapFZYy8O3kl8pzz8GYTk9oG/view?usp=sharing

Please watch the demonstration before answering. The video is also linked at the beginning of the survey.

A little context about FORGE:

  • Build, customise and preview websites for free.
  • Proposed price: A$299 AUD per purchased independent website export.
  • No compulsory subscription or hosting.
  • Currently in pre-launch development; public paid checkout is not live.

The demonstration uses genuine beta functionality, and the project is still being developed and tested.

I'm particularly interested in feedback from freelancers, agency professionals and employed designers/developers who build websites for paying clients, anywhere in the world.

Critical feedback is just as valuable as positive feedback. I'd especially appreciate hearing what would stop you from considering a tool like this for a client project.

Participation is voluntary, and the survey does not require your name or email address.

This is market research, not a sales offer.

Thank you to anyone willing to share their professional perspective!

Marketing [Marketing] Letterboxd usage (Current or former Letterboxd users)

Hi! I'm Tito, a film fan and collector. I'm planning a new film diary site and before I build anything, I want to hear from people who use Letterboxd now or used to.

The survey covers what works for you on Letterboxd and which new features you'd actually use. It takes about 7 minutes and needs no sign-in. Answers are anonymous unless you choose to leave your email at the end. I'm not affiliated with Letterboxd.

Marketing [Marketing] Restaurant owners: Could you help with a 5-minute survey? (Restaurant owners/managers)

Staff shortages? Order mistakes? Communication between the kitchen and front-of-house? Or just spending too much time on admin instead of running your business?

We’re a team taking part in the InVenture Mind programme, working on a project focused on the hospitality industry. Before taking our idea any further, we want to understand the real problems people in the industry deal with every day.

We’ve put together a short survey to learn more about the challenges hospitality businesses face, how they currently handle them, and what could be improved.

It takes around 3–5 minutes to complete, and we’d really appreciate input from anyone running or working in a restaurant, café, bar, bistro or other food service business.

Survey link: Day-to-Day Operations in Food Service Businesses – vyplniť formulár

We’re not trying to sell anything. We’re at the research stage and want to make sure we understand the actual needs of the industry before developing our project further.

If you work in hospitality or know someone who does, we’d appreciate you sharing your experience.

Thanks for your time!

Marketing [Marketing] Personalized pet artwork — 2–3 minute survey (US, 18+, current pet owners)

Hi r/SampleSize!

I run Everyday Keepsake Studio, a small creative studio that makes personalized artwork.

We're looking for honest feedback from pet owners about one of our existing custom pet artwork products.

We'd especially like to understand how people interpret the design, whether they find it appealing, and what might make them hesitate before ordering.

The survey takes approximately 2–3 minutes and includes one example artwork.

Who can participate: - Currently living in the United States - 18 years or older - Currently owns at least one pet

This is commercial product research, not an academic study.

No purchase is required or requested. We do not ask for your name, email address, or pet photos.

Marketing Would you be interested in a wellness brand focused on helping women reconnect with themselves? (women)

I'm exploring an idea for a wellness brand called Bare Solis, and I'd love some honest feedback from women.

The idea behind Bare Solis is simple: helping women reconnect with themselves through wellness, self-care, confidence, and everyday rituals that make them feel good inside and out.

Life can get busy, and sometimes we spend so much time working, managing responsibilities, and looking after everyone else that we lose touch with ourselves. I'd love to create something that helps women slow down, reconnect with who they are, and make themselves a priority again.

I'm considering things like:

  • Self-care and wellness boxes with thoughtfully selected products.
  • Everyday wellness rituals to help you feel calmer, more confident, and connected to yourself.
  • Tea, body care, and other wellness products that make taking care of yourself feel special.
  • Practical guides or reset experiences focused on confidence, self-care, and personal wellbeing.

The goal isn't to tell women who they should be. It's to help them feel good about who they already are.

I'm still in the early stages, so I'm genuinely interested in hearing what people think.

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSc9zuxz7-y5BeFUtvK59dmZ_lbo5WgUb5HY35k3mp2C3ItxlQ/viewform?usp=publish-editor

I'm not looking for compliments. I'd rather hear what people would actually find useful, what wouldn't interest them, and what could make this idea better.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

Marketing Looking for feedback on my quiz (Anyone)

I built a 30ish-second coffee personality quiz for my small coffee shop. Can you test if the questions/results feel accurate?

Not asking anyone to buy or go past the quiz's page. I’m just trying to see if the quiz feels fun, clear, and accurate.

Only looking for a review on the quiz at this moment.

Edit: I've updated it from the original quiz. Still looking for suggestions and critiques.

Thank you for all the help so far!
