Today I found out I made E7 on the supplemental board! Yay me, but I'm confused on when I'm supposed to pin on. My line number is 123.9. I looked in the SPFI and 2.7.5.2 says if you have a line number of .9, you pin on 1st of the next month. So...1 Nov? But line number 123 hasn't pinned on yet. That group would be Feb 2027. So which is true for me?
