Discussion Worst Audition Stories
About a decade ago I was auditioning for a small, local open class corps and I was pretty nervous. I was only 14 and had never really auditioned for anything like this before. I think I blocked most of this from my memory, but apparently I was so nervous that I walked into the audition room, said nothing to any of the staff, and just immediately started playing my audition piece. The staff stopped me so we could have a quick chat and I stuttered my way through some get-to-know-you questions. The spaghetti was falling out of my pockets hard. I ended up getting a contract and marching that season though š I guess it's not that bad but I remember feeling so embarrassed. Anyone else have fun stories?
