This isn’t me trying to argue that he’s a perfect man, I just want see were the fanbase it at with him. Obviously he has short comings, but every qb, football player, and athlete has short comings in their game. But to me Jalen is a great qb and I think he’ll ball out in 2026 with Mannion, Devonta, Lemon, and Saquon. It pisses me off that his short comings get magnified to the degree they do despite the success he’s had in this league , when there’s other qb’s and athletes in general that have been less successful in their sports than Hurts and have clear shortcomings and limitations that should be magnified way more than Jalen’s but aren’t. To me the fact that people talk about Jalen all the time, shows that deep down inside they know Jalen is good. If someone was truly a bum or even mid then you wouldn’t really give a damn and talk about them.

Browns fan here and I can't do it anymore. Diddy Watson is our qb. Nick Chubb just retired. I love my team but wtf 3-32 against the jags. I'm only a Browns fan bc my dad is a giants fan and growing up i liked OBJ. I was going out tonight and threw on full sixers gear bc even though it's not basketball season yet I simply couldn't justify putting my Chubb jersey on. I'm just tryna be an eagles fan for this season until Watson is gone bc there's no way we're actually starting this dude.

AJ completely transformed our offense the second he stepped in. As the years went on, he CONTINUED to force every defense we played, to give him so much attention. (due to his ability to beat single coverage defense) It opened lanes for everyone else to thrive.

I hate to see him go like this. (especially after that 49ers game, I refuse to remember him like that). AJ took us to two super bowls, and balled out every year he was an Eagle. I personally don’t think he deserves the hate our fans are giving him. He gave us his all and he was incredible to watch. Hate to see him go.

Randomly met BG in the wild today at a gymnastics center. He was there with his daughter.

He legit offered to help my wife bring in the party supplies, held the door for us, and then helped my mother-in-law up when she fell over. (even gave her a hug)

I came a minute after this happened, and realized who had helped them. I shook his hand but didn't bother him for a picture because he was there with his family.

I know its a dumb story but I was so happy to confirm that BG is exactly who I thought he was.

For me personally it’s the lions. Their history is almost as tragic as our coaching staff and their fans have been loyal.

I recently just watched the 2008 NFC conference game again (available on YouTube btw if you wanted to watch. Trigger warning its a frustrating loss)

McNabb actually looked pretty good in that game. Like really good. This is almost 10 years into his career atp and he looked mobile and holy shit his arm strength. At least in that game he really was let down by bad Oline play, bad Defense (which had been good that year) and terrible dropped passes.

Why do people who remember that era hate McNabb so much?

Ancient Eagles fans please enlighten me. Ive been a fan for life but was born in the 90s so really wasn’t paying attention until about the late 2000s where he was already out the door. Were you guys excited about him and he let us down? We do have only 3 disgusting late season losses to show for his career… was It a failure because we never went all the way?

He never had a team nearly as good as we have now. We had some really good players but somewhat scattered. Was it really his fault?

Watching film, it's not hard to understand the secret sauce of these offenses. Quick, west-coast style rub concepts, levels to overload Cover 2, slants and crossers to get guys in space. Wide open flats for a guaranteed 3-4 yards. Lots of play action.

Dink and dunk until they want to puke and then take a deep shot when an uncovered WR runs a deep cross overtop a safety who's been forced to play down.

These offenses also force QBs to have a lightning quick release which minimizes sacks and wear-and-tear. They also take all of the thinking out of the equation for the QB. "Throw here, and if it's not there, check down for 3 yards". Simple.

It's clearly not hard for others - and I have no question Jalen could handle it - so why aren't we doing it?

Maybe I’m stupid, but I keep seeing people call this hip drop when it just looked like PBU to me. The only thing that looks like hip drop to me is the way Baun landed, but it looks like he literally just fell on his ass that way, and skatt just fell poorly. I don’t see how he could’ve had the momentum to unweight himself and swing mid air.

I’m sure it’s just salty Giants fans and Eagle haters, but perhaps some of you smart people can enlighten me
