Iāve only been driving for about 3 months and I keep rear ending this person at my neighborhood red light. Itās like every time I look at my TikTok while driving theyāre just sitting there.
Is this just horrendous luck as part of my learning curve, or should I expect this to be a common occurrence?

As the title says...my friend is in the early days of recovery, doing extremely well. Needs a gay male as a sponsor within the next 30 days. Will also post in Stopdrinking but want to try every possible option. Thanks.

Does anyone have any recommendations for young adult groups around Greenville? Anything outdoorsy sounds amazing but I'm also open to casual coffee shop get togethers and the like. Really I just need a good group of people 18-20ish to hang out with and I'm not sure where to find it

Iāve only been driving for 14 months and have been rear ended 3 times. Everytime Iāve been stationary at a red light. What is the problem??
So⦠do I have horrendous luck or is this just something that Iām going to have to expect to be a common occurrence?
Edit: since yall arenāt understanding. I was stopped fully at red lights for a while before I was hit each time. I had nowhere to move to, as they all came in fast into traffic. One was an old dude trying to text his kid, second was a guy who said āmy bad I didnāt see the lightā and then the third guy also said it was his fault, but didnāt say why.

Next to the McLaren where the auto repair shop used to be. And is there any resource that just makes it easy to look up construction projects in Greenville?

Hello, I am a young teacher in GCS. After a lot of thinking and deliberation, I do not think I will be able to complete my current school year and I am looking into applying for other jobs.
For former teachers, or teachers who are familiar with the district, what is the resignation process like? Example: If I interviewed and got a job, could I do an immediate resignation, or am I required to do the 30 days?
If you are not a teacher, but knows someone who went through the process of leaving mid-year, any help is greatly appreciated.
Edit: I am adding this edit as I think my comments back to people are being blocked by the MOD.
I would like to leave GCS because I am not happy anymore. To put it bluntly, my students are very difficult and I am not enjoying this career anymore. There is nothing wrong with Greenville County.
I know many of you are worried about me leaving mid-year because it means losing my license. If I am honest, I donāt think I care. I donāt think I can make it through an entire school year feeling like this.

I am looking for preschool / 3K recommendations.
I see lots of 4K options but info gets spotty on 3K⦠would love to hear any experiences good or bad.
Specifically we need:
- in Greenville (ideally in the city limits - Taylors/Greer could work too)
- full day, or option for a full day
- Iām not looking for daycare, I am looking for a program that will begin readiness for 4K & K
- I donāt mind if it is religiously affiliated but please nothing in the evangelical arena.

Thereās a 18 wheel truck trailer on the side of 85 HWY going north between exit 54-56 , there was debris on fire on the low speed lane before getting to this vehicle.

Has anyone used a lawyer for their LLC/start up company? I didnāt really find one on Google that specialized in small businesses. I need to discuss liability, drafting terms and agreements, operating agreement etc.

Hey everyone! My girlfriend and I are looking to host an in person D&D group! Right now were looking for around a max of 5 players, including us, and hoping to find a DM. We'd like to have sessions every other week on weekends, lasting roughly 3-4 hours. Ideally we'd start sometime beginning of next year.
We love teaching people how to play and prioritize having fun over nitpicking rules we'd prefer a homebrew campaign but were open to incorporating aspects of modules or other content instead of running a full module. If you're interested in learning how to play or want to try your hand at Dming with some help from experienced players then let me know. Veterans are absolutely welcome as well were just not looking for a super competitive, min maxing focused game.
were hoping to find people in the Greer/Greenville/Taylors/Travelers Rest area. We'd like to keep everyone's commute to around 45 minutes or less each way.

Thank you all so much for the positive support after our recent post about building permits! We had quite a few people reach out with questions about construction costs in the Upstate. So we put together a quick guide based on what we're seeing at Heroic Builders:
We appreciate the support from this community! We're just hoping to share some helpful information. I included the link to the article because it goes into more detail if anyone is interested. Otherwise, the core cost range is right here! If this isn't permitted under the subreddit rules, please let us know and we'll gladly remove it.

Hi! I am going to propose to my girlfriend at this chapel in November. I am wondering what is the traffic like on a Friday morning? They are no longer taking paid reservations so Iām hoping to get there first thing in the morning and would definitely prefer that it was just the two of us or at least minimal traffic. If I go on a Friday morning how many people would you expect to be there?
Thank you!
