I accidentally made kompot without knowing what it was. I slow cooked grapes for a few hours in water where the skins basically dissolved into water.

I also then thought that kompot could be turned into an alcoholic beverage. Something that's barely sweet and maybe 2-3 percent alcohol.

Someone could try that.

The left over grapes I thought could go into being made into post cooked raisins with thinner skins.
