Ticket Exchange Thread 2026-27

Sell/swap your Rangers tickets. Like every year, here are some ground rules:

  • Use this thread instead of posting to the front page. Individual threads about buying, selling, or swapping tickets will be removed.
  • Top level comments should be tickets for sale. Requests can be made, but sellers might not see them. It's better to just scroll down the thread.
  • Sellers, if your tickets are no longer available, please update/delete your OP.

And as always we cannot guarantee that sellers are legit, so be careful!

[Mercogliano]: Rangers put goalies ‘in a tough spot’ in blowout loss to Kings: 7 observations

It wasn’t fair to Reimer, a 38-year-old veteran who went from practicing with BCHL junior players a few weeks ago to being thrust into NHL duty following only one AHL appearance. He was predictably rusty one day after signing with New York, allowing three goals on eight first-period shots faced before being pulled for the second.

And it certainly wasn’t in the spirit of giving Garand a much-needed physical and mental break. The 24-year-old went from wearing a baseball cap on the bench to being thrown in the middle of an onslaught. He took a few minutes to get his bearings, surrendering goals on two of the first four shots he saw, but he responded by stopping each of the final 13 to prove he remains the Rangers’ best option.

“We’re trying to find a way to shore this thing up as best we can,” Sullivan said. “I think Dylan has given us some really good games, and as I said to you guys, his workload is mounting. And then for Reims to come in the way he has, in short order, going into a game like this, it’s not an easy challenge. It’s a tough challenge, and I just felt like the way the game was going, I just felt like maybe Reims needs a little bit more preparation before we put him in that circumstance.”

“I put him in a tough spot,” he added. “That’s on me.”

Can I petition NHL.com to remove Igor from the SV % leaders list? It's too depressing every time I check league stats. :(

  • “Tonight was disappointing,” They expected better of themselves to start the game. It’s hard to come back in the NHL when you fall behind.
  • They know when they play their game, they’re a lot to handle, but they’ve been getting away from that the past few games. It’s good for them to get away from it for a couple of days.
  • They are lacking physicality. It opens the ice for them and they play better defensively.

Mika

  • It was a bad first period at home. They but themselves in a bad spot and couldn’t recover.
  • They were slow everywhere. It was just a bad, bad game.
  • They’re identity has been coming from a strong forecheck and spending a long time in the o zone.
  • This is what they look like when they’re playing disconnected.

Sully

  • They’re in a tough circumstance with their top two goalies injured. Garand has given them some good games. He put Reimer in a tough spot starting him on such short notice. That’s on him.
  • It’s never easy for a goalie to come off the bench. Garand competed hard. He gave them everything he had. He needs the rest more than anyone else.
  • They didn’t have enough guys ready to play from puck drop. They need to fix that fast. It’s up to every individual to make sure they’re ready.
  • Defensively they were better overall compared to the games in Ottawa and Toronto.
  • It’s hard when you go down multiple goals. You start chasing the game and shorten the bench to try to get something going. It’s okay to go down one, it’s hard when you go down more.
  • Doro got less time in the third because of gameflow and penalties.
  • Pettersson and Durzi started the season well but have faltered lately. Durzi is playing through some things. They decided to try some different pairs tonight because of that.

Why is the team so slow?

Watching versus most other teams, they often pinch us hard in their own zone and are able to keep up with us for a while.

Meanwhile with us on defense, we stack up at the blue line, and if teams carry the puck into our zone or pick up the dump in, we can't keep up with them. Even old guys like Doughty and Panarin are outskating us, looking like Mcdavid, Mackinnon, Quinn Hughes, etc.

I get we have been a bigger more bruiser type team, and Sully seems to be trying a similar system to the slower bigger 22-23 vegas team that won a cup, it was working for a while, but similar to last year, specifically that infamous game vs Minnesota early last year, when you get us in our zone with possession, we just have super slow skating speed.

This isn't an issue with top speed in a straight line on a breakout, it's that our average skating speed is so damn slow, in a possession skill and speed based era where you can't be knocking guys heads off without penalties, it's a big problem to be this slow.

[Peter Baugh]: The New York Rangers’ feel-good start has faded — as has their margin for error

Two weeks into the A.S. (After Shesterkin) Era — the cracks are starting to show. New York is 1-3-1 in its past five games, during which it has held only 42 percent of the expected goal share, per Clear Sight Analytics. In the two games this week in Canada, a 5-4 loss to the Toronto Maple Leafs and a 7-4 loss to the Ottawa Senators, the Rangers strayed from the style they must play to have success. Too often they traded chances with their opponents and got burned for their leaky defense. As they saw last season, they don’t have the offensive firepower to keep up in those types of games.

The Canada trip dropped the Rangers to 1-5-1 on the road this season and took away their cushion in the standings. Though tied for the fifth-most points in the Eastern Conference, they’re now 10th in point percentage. League-wide, the Rangers’ underlying metrics are middle-of-the-pack. Per Clear Sight Analytics, they’re 19th in scoring chance differential and 18th in five-on-five expected goal rate: not particularly inspiring.

None of this is to say the season is over. The Rangers’ start earned them some benefit of the doubt that this is not the same team as last year. Even during the disappointing road trip, they didn’t fold when trailing Ottawa by three goals, fighting back to pull within one late in the third. But it’s fair to question the level of talent on the roster. Can the club truly keep up with the others that will be fighting for playoff spots come spring? Or will the lack of skill, depth and — with Shesterkin out — established goaltending bring New York back to the bottom half of the standings?

Why don't they play Always Look on the Bright Side of Life after the away team scores a goal

We ought to have some humor if we're going to play like the last two seasons

Looking for a Dave Silk Jersey

Hi all, was wondering if anybody knew where I could get a Silk jersey (real or reproduction). I’m a big fan of college hockey (BU) and the Rangers so I thought this would be a fun throwback jersey. I can’t seem to find anything online. Thanks in advance!

Warmups MSG

Hi,

This is our first trip to the U.S. and our first time attending an NHL game. I haven’t been able to find a clear answer on whether fans are allowed to go down to the glass during the warmup. We’re going to a Rangers vs. Avalanche game in December, and I’d love to see the Avalanche players up close. Our tickets are in Section 416.

Thanks. 🙂

I live a few thousand miles from the rest of my family, so when my grandma passed a few years ago (she was 100!), I didn’t really get a chance to get any keepsakes, but they did have a few things they didn’t know what to do with, so I was able to choose these.

Anyway, my gramps was a Golden Gloves boxer in New York back in the early 30s, and he was pretty successful—I guess he held some regional titles and got to fight at MSG, and I think that’s how he got these. That’s about all I know! (He also used to like to talk about how he was in a few swimming meets against Johnny Weismuller—and that he beat him once. Gramps was a pretty sporty guy—too bad he lived on Long Island and was an Islanders fan. Thankfully, I escaped that gene and have bled blue my whole life.)

Anyway, I think that one is a lighter case of some sort, and the other is a souvenir gold pan from the 1906 Joe Gans vs Battling Nelson boxing match at the Goldfield mines in Nevada.

The interesting thing is both items are engraved with Tex Rickard’s name.

And that’s about all I know about them other than that they are very cool and I cherish them:)

[ETA: The swing-top object is actually a “vesta case,” also known as a “match safe” for keeping matches… safe.]
