Three hot dogs, diced onions, canned chili, two slices of American cheese on white bread. I used three slices of bread and tore one in half to have a sandwich that is 1.5 slices long.

Low carb tortillas. Tons of pepper jack, two hot dogs. Microwave and wrap. Dipped in ranch+taco bell fire sauce.

It'll make a turd that's for sure.

I decided to make a hearty chicken broth from the stuff that dripped off of my spicy marinated chicken in the air fryer, and had been in the fridge since two days ago.

The broth tastes better than the "base" looks. Very greasy, tangy and with a hint of Mama Sita's Carribean BBQ Marinade.

But apparently it was so revolting that my beloved StarF***s coffee mug said "fuck that, I'm out!" and instantly cracked from top to bottom, dripping fatty chicken soup all over my floor.

RIP StarF***s mug :(

I'm recovering from wisdom tooth surgery, and food needs to be soft. Slept most of the day and was hungry, wanted something filling with good carbs and protein.

• Frank's Red Hot Sauce

It was delightfully mid. I fear I cannot blame the meds on this one.

Had leftover poutine, knew it wasn’t ever going to be the same as fresh, so I put it and some from-frozen chicken fingers into spinach and herb wraps I had in the fridge.
