I need to copy large ( >5GB ) files from a ext3 formatted USB drive to my Windows 10 machine, and then delete them. DiskGenius (formerly PartitionGuru) can, but the free version won't handle such large files, and $100 is to much for me. Besides, it's kind of like using a sledgehammer to crack a nut - all I want to do is a) read what's on the USB, b) copy files from it, c) delete files from it. I've tried things like Ext2Read and they simply don;t work. Anyone know of a utility that does? Thanks...

Our company created a small app based on MS Access that allows us to create new entries for our customers and enter info pertaining to that account (contact info, special instructions, location, etc). This allows us to track what jobs we've performed for them in the past, and what we have scheduled for them in the future. We can also export to pdf and email this info to our service reps.
I am looking for a program that will have this functionality, only need it to be accessible via internet (plus mobile app would be great) so all of our other offices can take advantage. I would also like to have a robust calendar section that will allow us to notate appointments and include notes such as which service rep will take that appointment.
Any suggestions are appreciated!

I work at a company that sells and repairs everything refrigeration related. Currently they keep track of customer´s units ( i.e air conditioners) and maintenance services done to said units in a very outdated manner. I was looking at CRM softwares like pipedrive, and while I think they are definitely helpful to keep track of our sales and daily activities most softwares don't solve my main issue: keeping track of every product a customer has as well as the maintenance history/records for every product, organized in a chronological manner. I want a CRM that integrates this feature in my contacts/organizations, so that I can pull up this information easily for a better customer service experience. Features like scheduling recurring appointments for my customers based on their last interaction with us, and alerts about said appointments would also be very nice to have. Thanks in advance

I am looking to upgrade our small business PO software but am having trouble finding the right fit. Most services now are cloud based, which is fine, but offer entire "small business solutions" plans that go well above and beyond what I am looking for. We tried to use quickbooks to link our purchasing and accounting departments but the remote desktop lagged and all the add-ons for the features we needed made it a poor fit. I need simple software that can create POs, and simply turn Sales Orders into shop copies and packing slips (no pricing information). Any recommendations???

I need help finding a good platform to handle software downloads for our customer. They need to be able to log into a website, create an account, and access installer downloads and upgrades for products that they own. We on the company side need to be able to provide access to customers that automatically expires at the end of their annual tech support term. Any ideas?

Looking for an alternative to myBase http://www.wjjsoft.com/mybase.html That is free but retains the similar set of features... mainly encryption capable and hopefully also document import/export, etc.

Please mention the pros and cons of it as well. We are looking for a help desk tool with asset management too.
