Title.
I was just thinking how there are billions of stars and if every star has mostly hydrogen then hydrogen would be the highest numbered element, right?
So then if every hydrogen has at least 1 Proton and at least 1 electron then its gotta be one of those subatomic particles that are the "most" right?
But then what about ions? Wouldn't that mean more atoms are negative and have extra electrons?
But also if every star is emitting light and radio and etc waves and those are all photons there must also be tons of them
And then whay about dark matter?

As the title says, if your cells would split in the planck time 5,391247 ⋅ 10⁻⁴⁴ seconds and it starts with just a single one cell (not already a formed body with a lot of cells), how long would it take to form all cells of the average human body?
The body has, depending on the source, 30-36 trillion cells, let's just go with 30 trillions for the calculation here. Let's ignore the different forms of cells and different parts of the body in this example
I'm very bad at math, but does it not even become much faster with splitting of the cells, because after the first one, there are two cells and from there on, there are four cells and so on?
Thanks for any replies!

In other words, how much computing power would it take to compute the exact position and orientation of every elementary particle down to the Planck length at a refresh rate of 1 per Planck time?
Edit: People are getting hung up on the simulation analogy so I removed it

Hope this sub is the right place to ask for solutions to math questions like this one.
What are the odds of randomly nailing the same target out of three, five times in a row?

Marked with Spoilers for Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave. The massive... thing in the middle there is the true body of the progenitor goddess, Sothis. I was wondering if there was any way from this shot to work out how big she is. For context, the two men in the foreground are orbiting the planet in a huge space ship. This is the best shot of her and you might as well use the Earth for scale, since there are a ton of hints the planet is supposed to be Earth-like.

To basically sum up some dude had a coworker left a banana for a while in the fridge.

That is a pretty mind-blowing statistic, if true.

Hi guys. Can someone calculate the amount of pressure that a very strong hypothetical material would be subjected to at the bottom of the Mariana Trench? Thanks

I've had an ecofriendly idea to replace Trident!
How big would a trebuchet have to be to lob a nuclear warhead from London to Moscow? Beijing? Paris? How fast would it have to be moving?
