You can be disabled AND be a muscle mommy

This is two years of progress made with a connective tissue disorder, chronic headaches, and a whole suite of other diagnoses. I've had a few injuries along the way, chronic lack of sleep from grad school, and have not tracked anything I've eaten. I can't push myself too hard at the gym otherwise I risk straining or snapping a tendon. I also have to have perfect technique or I risk hurting myself. I get to the gym probably 2-3x/week, sometimes more and sometimes less.

All this to say, you don't have to do everything perfectly to still make progress. I'm not some kind of 6-days-per-week, every-set-'til-failure, gym-is-life lady. I eat a lot of protein, lift weights up, and I put them back down. That last part is important. I always forget to put them back down. Anyway, I hope this post might help someone else with less-than-ideal circumstances who also has aspirations to be someone's muscle mommy.

Also, you likely don't need perfect form. My body is just dumb.

And mark my words, next year for Halloween: Rhea Ripley

Where To Get Sports Bra and Workout Tops When You're Heavy Chested?

I'm a K cup and I have trouble finding anything that will fit me for working out. I'd like to start going to the gym soon, instead of just working out at home. Does any company make sports bras and gear for women with bigger chests?
