40k Plague Marine (by me)
I might want to do another version with green background. I didn't want to finish the center of the helmet as it looks quite haunting now. Watercolor and pencil on paper.

Same artist that did that series of shirtless primarchs lined up together. Friendly dude as well and about as jacked and big as an Astartes.

Archon of my Dark Eldar army, based on a pretty simple kitbash of The Visarch. The pointy breastplate is meant to intentionally callback to 80's and 90's sword and sorcery designs, which I think Dark Eldar fit right at home in.

"We thought we were as good as dead as the siege of our world waged on. The local defense forces had left our entire hab-block stranded and undefended as they retreated and left us there to rot and die and become targets for whatever those monsters were. But as the explosions and screams of the people who lived in our Hab-Block continued, I thought we would all die. Still, then we saw them... giants adorned in deep red and black armor, bearing beautifully crafted, multi-colored robes and hoods. They immediately began shielding our people and fighting the monsters that sought to kill us. One of these angels in particular stood in front of me and protected me as I held my young daughter...the pink and green robe that he was adorned in flapped in the wind as his weapon engaged the monsters" - an Imperial Civilian recounting what he saw when Devastator Lance Wilhelm protected the group of refugees he was apart of

I return to my little sketching of various odder bits of factions showing up in inquisitor books, sadly not nearly as much of them as I would like so now looking over some less "silly" looking ones.

Yay, an art of Low Commorragh! :D I’ve long wanted to show what High Commorragh looks like from the perspective of the Low city in my headcanon :>
Low Commorragh is home to the poorest districts, as well as the factories and production facilities that ensure a comfortable life for those in High Commorragh. Millions of young Eldar — birthed into the world by Haemonculi Covens — perish within their first few years; millions more are wiped out during raids. Yet, there are upsides: Lower Commorragh is young and teeming with life, for its adolescent inhabitants are open to new experiences, constantly seeking ways to make their existence more bearable — before they are inevitably ground down by the gears of the Kabals.
