Ik theres an obvious need to talk real world politics but media of all sorts including video games mirror our real lives and ongoing politics, plus even politics dont have to be 100% serious all the time.

-RED SCARE-

In the fallout universe before the bombs dropped culturally America was stuck in a hyperactive red scare meaning anyone who was deemed a communist was considered a traitor to the country, although it technically wasn't illegal it definitely wasn't safe to be an open communist in America especially after the annexation of both Canada and Mexico and polotical tribalism being at an all time high amongst capitalists.

-CAPITALISTIC APOCALYPSE-

After the bombs dropped America became a wasteland of mutants, raiders, psychopaths and sadly capitalists, yes despite humanity desperately needing to rely on one another in the rad soaked hell hole on an earth left behind capitalism was alive and well, not only thst but it was reverting to its roots in slavery especially amongst Raiders and the various gangs and tribes of the wasteland like ceasers legion in New Vegas.

-COMMUNISM IN FALLOUT

In various fallout games we see various communist remnants (usually ghoulified Chinese soldiers) or in the case of 76 we see communist remnants attempting to infiltrate an underground enclave bunker (the enclave are basically America's secret military and they're evil as hell) as well as some players of the game making their characters communist and in fallout 4 we see a ghoulified Chinese submarine captain still manning his post over 200 years after the bombs fell.

-VIABILITY OF A SOSCIALIST FACTION IN FALLOUT-

The commonwealth minutemen of boston are a faction in fallout that while neither communist or technically soscialist theydo have soscial functions, once u fulfill their potential u can set up supply lines between every minutemen settlement which allows them to effectively all share resources without paying one another for them and when a settlement produces food that food is eaten by the entire settlement without any monetary gain, the minutemen seem to prioritize creating a militia of the people who help one another without expecting any kind of monetary gain whatsoever, its really not that far off from becoming a full blown soscialist government if they ever get that far, for the time being they seem content to just be a militia with a general being their highest member of office.

I believe that a full blown soscialist movement in the fallout universe is not only possible but needed for the betterment of the lives of those poor souls soaking up radiation and fighting for their lives every day and I hope theres one we can join in the next game.

Note: its worth mentioning nobody in universe knows who dropped the bombs first but we the viewer/gamer learn in the show that its the enclaves fault.

I keep seeing conservatives posting about her using her as anti communist and socialist propaganda

I DID 12 AXIS TEST

Fascism can’t win!

"More than a decade ago, the WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange told an interviewer in Belgrade that Serbia was “a country where the future happens first”. The phrase circulated widely on Serbian social media in the weeks before Sunday’s election, but in a way that could not have seemed possible 10 years ago. Who would then have imagined that Serbia today could be at the forefront of global democratic change?"
