I am rather new to the game (currently lvl 30, main Sage and sometimes Vyse) and would love to learn how to play Sova. Was wondering if anyone would have any tips and tricks how to learn his set ups and gameplay. Much appreciated

So I came back from my 3-4 year long pause from valorant (i Peaked plat 1 before). In the present time I’ve become g3. Throughout g1 to g3 I played only 6 games and had mvp every match. Then I got one game with 37 kills however we lost 11-13. Since then it started going downhill. My mmr got some boost and I have at least 2-3 dia players in my ranked and I can’t get the hang of it. From averaging 24 kills every game I now have 0.6 kd. Could it be that I got into Smurf lobbies? Or maybe I don’t have that good game sense (considering I’m only lvl 70). Or I just had bad 3 days. Idk if somebody could help me just through this post. I just wanted to share it with somebody

Can someone please fix my account on a lose -25rr on a team mvp +15 rr ? I am diamond man not radiant.

I’m just curious. It’s fine if they bottom frag. Or even not frag at all. But they already don’t need to time/call out flashes and smokes, they don’t have to lurk because sage is better when she’s with the team, she doesn’t have any trips so there’s no need to set up in the pre rounds.

And yet, they still don’t want to plant/hold the spike? I know sage doesn’t have to be the one planting all the time. But if the rest of the team is hyper aggressive and taking space, and fights, while also already having their ults up, why doesn’t the already passive sage player not plant?

I can’t count the number of times I’ve seen a sage player with like.. 3 kills walk up to some initiator or smoker and dropping them the spike intentionally. And those players have like… 20 kills. Doesnt have to be me. I see it happening to my other teammates too.

I am on a pretty bad losing streak and I cannot seem to play on the level I was playing a few days ago. I even deranked from ascendant 1 to diamond 2 in a single day. I have been feeling pretty shit about all this and wanted to know what others experienced and how u guys dealt with it. It would be really helpful

I’m assuming you press the ability, and then you throw it. What’s the point of prepping it?

Is it so that if you want to use it but want to wait a bit, you can switch to gun and then throw it?

So im having really good stats for solo queues, crosshair placement is perfect, win and trade frequently with constant headshots, and less prone to making mistakes.
However in 5 stack, I'm having a constant downfall, i play absolute garbage, im the bottom fragger frequently, my crosshair placement somehow get's f'ced up, im spraying like an iron 1 player. Why is it so?
My possible reasoning is either my friends talk a lot during match, sometime rushing me and all, or maybe sometimes (yes sometimes) bcz of a bronze 3 jett reaching 41 kills claiming to be silver peak and absolutely not being a smurf.
What do u guys suggest, should i avoid 5 stacks and stick with solo queues? Or are there any alternatives to how i play in 5 stack properly

I recently started playing valorant and right now only have the base agents and omen unlocked i have 8k kingdom credits and a free unlock token and I was wondering who would be best for me to use to get better.

So far I have enjoyed using duelist on jet but I do not mind what type of agent is recommended as long as I can get better.

does anyone know why it wont let you purchase Hush with VP yet? I am not seeing “unlock” on any of her pages within the agent tab

Context: I am gold 1 currently in SG server. I mainly use death match for warmup and quick aim practices.

Tell me why, in every match that i play, i am queued with diamonds and ascendants. There is clearly a skill gap between them and gold-silver players like me in the lobby. Now before anyone tell me that playing with better players is how one improves or “skill issue”, there is literally ZERO room for improvement for me in lobbies like this as i don’t even have the opportunity to react before the ascendant player kills me.

Don’t even get me started on the spawns. I could walk a whole tour of the whole map before i could encounter a enemy.

I get that Death match isn't meant to be a perfectly balanced mode as it is not comp, but surely there ought tobe some reasonable matchmaking in place? I'm just trying to warm up and get some consistent aim practice before playing ranked, not spend the entire session getting farmed by players several ranks above me. At this point, it feels like I'm spending more time running around looking for enemies than actually practising my aim. Is it just me?

I know 99% of people on this sub don’t play Valorant on console, but it’s in a pretty terrible state in high elo.

Radiant and immortal is filled with people blatantly cheating using Cronus or a similar software who never get banned even though Riot has explicitly said it’s a bannable offense. Pretty much everyone uses one and if you are a regular player like me, you’re at a big disadvantage.

Also, win trading is a very bad problem. Since the community on high ranked Valorant console is pretty small, people know each other, and will win trade with their friends on a Discord call to reach higher rank. I’m not allowed to call out specific riot IDs because of the witch-hunting rule on this sub but most players in higher radiant/immo are known win traders and cheaters and have been doing it for a while now.

I don’t think Riot actually cares enough to fix this issue but I mean hopefully I can spread a little bit of awareness about it

i used to play everyday when i first started, but now studies have made it hard for me to play every day. i find that unlike some other games like roblox, to be good at valorant you need to play everyday. when i play rivals, even after stopping for a month my skill level is about the same, but for valorant it varies a lot. if so, what can i do to not be too bad at it? i still like valorant and i play it every weekend

Hi everyone! English isn't my first language, so please bear with me.

I studied Art & Technology at the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, and I've loved Valorant and its esports scene for a long time. That love is why I started making keycaps: rank caps, a set for NRG's Champions run, and signature pieces for players I admire. The NRG set has each player's signature over the Champions trophy.

Everything is made by hand in my small studio. I model each design in 3D and print it on a resin printer, then spray and hand-paint the details. For the clear ones, I make a silicone mold, cast resin over the piece, and cure it under pressure to get rid of bubbles. Each cap takes about 4 to 12 hours, depending on the design. Some photos are real pieces and some are renders of designs I'm still working on. If you'd like to see the whole process, I'm happy to put together a video.

These have gotten a really warm response in China. But they're fan designs, and I want to do this the right way. So, honestly:

1. Do you know how fan creators have gone about getting licensed or working with a team? I've heard Dwarf Factory started out on their own and later ended up with an official Pokémon collab. Does anyone know how that happened?

2. Which player or moment from Valorant should I make next?

Most of all, I'd like to know what you think of the designs. Any feedback, including harsh feedback, is welcome.

I am 15yo and i ended immortal 2 172rr last act and I was really happy with my performance. This act i wanted to grind until I hit immortal 3(i really wanted to hit it before i became 16 in a couple months) but since the reset i cant be able to think, hit my shots or do anything similar and its really frustrating me. It feels like all the time I spend in my warm up is for nothing. I really want to hit immortal 3(and higher) but I am stuck in some kind of hole.
Did any of you experience this before and might know how to help me? Every idea is appreciated!!

I feel like I REALLY liked a lot of the skins I bought but for some reason i feel like I'm worse when I equip them. I think part of it is the way they look and expecting them to shoot a certain way or maybe they are just too distracting.

maybe its placebo and i juts happen to have weird games when using these skins.

I think the main ones would be BlastX Phantom, Popmonz Phantom (but only in the purple and black recolor), neptune vandal, and phaseguard vandal.

Not sure if this sounds crazy but im curious what people think.

So I really need an app to check my daily shop (Android). I am actually leaving out for a few days and want the Prelude to Chaos Vandal.

I've heard of Valo Vault, is it really good? Or can u suggest some other apps?
