had to like resign from sda cuz parents and i dunno where to contact for confirmation

i applied to hj two months ago, had my interview and have filled out two consent forms and a citizen verification document, however i have not received an email about jedi training. its been over a week since i submitted the last document and i should wait but i have a friend who recently started working at hj and they told me their side of the process which was completely different (they received all these emails just days apart).

side note: during my interview, i was told i got the job + my friend had a different interviewer/manager.

i’ve also tried reaching out to my interviewer but i’m still on delivered.

Bought a frozen grape and JFC today. Asked the “manager” to replace my frozen grape or refund it or even change the flavour because it was white and frothy, (tasted disgusting) and she said “that’s just how it comes, what do you want me to do?” Then I asked about the lettuce, and she said that I can pay for “extra” lettuce if I want more. What the fuck?

Edit: I am being downvoted. Probably by hungry jacks employees that are mad about me expecting them to function like people with common sense.

Can someone please tell me why the patty I got on my burger looks like this and has stringy stuff on the patty.. had definately been sitting there for way to long.

1. Jack's Mexican fried chicken

2. Double cheeseburger

3. Cowboy Whopper

Every single time I have the Spicy Fried Chicken at Hungry Jacks, I immediately start to hiccup. Haven't had it in ages and as soon as I took a bite today, they kicked in. It's certainly not "too" spicy, and it doesn't happen with Thai or Indian food, so what's up with that?

Am I alone? Does everyone experience this?

Edit: "Maybe dont eat HJ's then!"

Honestly, would fucking LOVE that. Daughter is a picky eater, with sensory issues galore. Some days you just have to sit there and eat fresh HJ so she gets something in. In the interests of getting her to eat I will sit down and get hiccups every day if thats what it takes, but I am getting bored of Hungry Jacks! I think I have lapped the menu board by now!

im trying the cheesy cheeseburger today.

bun: soft, steamed like softness.

pickles: crunchy and less sour than last time.

cheese sauce: thick, sticks to facial hair and taste immaculate.

cheese slice: cheesy.

patty: you can taste the beef.

as a worker or as a customer

I dont think Hungry Jacks gets enough credit for having their entire menu available at any time. I work nights so it makes me happy that I can get me a bacon deluxe after work in the mornings

I want to pick up this deal today thinking that I’m going to get a $3 storm. However the girl charged me $4 and said that they now add a drive thru tax??? Has anyone experienced this before?

Took a bite off the top of my pistachio papi storm and saw this hole down the middle. Hmmmm. What happened here?

Or were they ever tempura style like the ones you find at McDonalds and KFC??

Or let us go straight to the waiting bay and you bring it out

Wanting to try the Big Jack. Been too busy to go and it’s already been out a few weeks.

Is it permanent item, or am I on borrowed time? If so, does anyone know how much longer it’ll be around?

Ordered spicy grilled chicken burger today. Checked the meat abd was disappointed.not grilled properly and the meat was chewy.

And to top that, I had ordered Mocha but was given a Latte instead. Disappointed.

Hungry jacks used to put cardboard rings around their burgers in the late late 90's to early 2000's to hold everything together

I remember putting them on my head in the food court as I ate long, breaded, seasoned chicken nuggets. Because i thought it was funny to do that rather than wear the actual crowm. And then being accosted by my mum about getting sauce in my hair.

They used to fit snug enough around the burgers to keep in the bits and pieces. The burgers used to be about 5 to 5 1/2 inch diameter.

Nowadays a whopper and a 'Big Jack' measure around 4 inch (10.16cm)

Check this out

Did I see that or am I tripping?

I got one the other day that probably need planning approval, while McD's is usually barely peeking over the cone.

I just want to say to the Hungry Jacks workers making these soft serves that I appreciate you.

The ice cream is firmer and tastier too ✌🏻

Had my first Jacks Fried Chicken bruger and I think also my first bit of woody chicken/breast. They all like this? Felt like biting through rubber bands almost could like hear it, chicken looks and tasted normal. But I did not want to eat cause not know what was wrong with it to make it that way.

Anyone else noticed this?
