Discussion I swear to God,Nishi and Pavi are literally 3 apples high, this really empathizes how young/small they are.
Like these are goddamn kids being forced to save the world, no wonder Pavi doesn't wanna be the Avatar.
Girl is barely a foot and a half tall and missing an entire leg.

Discussion Even if any of them are descendants, I doubt the story will ever reveal it Spoiler
It’s been 225 years. It wouldn’t matter to any of the characters. And there’s no natural way to introduce that information. For all intents and purposes, these characters are their own people, and whatever their bloodline is doesn’t matter.

Discussion Zi talking about how she's "separated" many broaches from their bracelets (aka: separating kids from their parents) - then immediately moving to separate Jae from the twins was definitely a choice.
Don't think I've seen anyone else talk about it yet. But it definitely feels like it was a deliberate choice to give exposition on severing the parent/child relationship, & then immediately have Zi direct the faceless henchmen to separate the twins from Jae. Feels like a deliberate move to reinforce that Jae will have a significant, if not almost parental role to the twins as an airbending master on their journey.

Discussion Just posting to say that Geet is the cutest thing I've ever seen
Everytime I see geet on screen, I'm to the point of almost dying from cuteness aggression

Discussion Everyone is always talking about how great Geet is. I will not stand for skrunkily babey erasure. Justice for Ruhi!

Discussion I'm just saying what the rest of you are too cowardly to say. Spoiler
galleryNormal person bumps into repressed royalty, connects with them, and makes them laugh...You KNOW what the vibes would be if he were straight...
*sigh* but the rage if Jae turned out to be bi and broke up with Datu just to be in a relationship with a woman would be terrifying to behold...
EDIT: Wow this actually got way more upvotes than my posts usually do, guess I was wrong

Meme Everytime I see a post about avatar: seven havens on social media, there's always some people complaining about the animation, to the point it's become annoying as heck.
Like bro, do you see blue lock, OPM season 3, and Seven deadly sins season 3. At least this one better than those anime despite the laggyness. Jae fight against The Faceless was amazing and has very good animation.

Theory My Current Unsubstantiated Theory
So, in Episode 8, Pavi tracks down the sigil from the mother's set, only to realize that the symbol of the bristlethorn tree is the tree from the visions and the metalworkers, Saumya and Pramodh, are their parents.
Now, it's been well established that bending is genetically heritable, so... it's pretty likely that their parents are earthbenders. Given their profession, what's the chance that they're metalbenders as well?

Discussion Something about agams speech that struck me was the fact her father must have been around 30-40 when the brigade took him. Spoiler
Based on how she spoke, it seemed she was probably somewhere between 10 and 20 when they took him, so he had to have been around 30.
Imagine being a 35-year-old snack shop owner with a family and suddenly being conscripted into the military and dying within a few years because you're a lousy baker and not a martial artist and a soldier. Kids that get conscripted probably get a good 5-10 years of training, and I doubt he got that amount of time to train.
Keep in mind, you don't get a gun; you have to get in peak physical condition and learn martial arts to control stone, and you have to do that at 35.
The writing is great. It's fascinating how much you can guess just from those simple lines, and it's horrifying when you dig deep into it. You bake cookies for a few decades, expecting to continue doing it for another 30 years, and now you have to master martial arts to throw giant boulders as a soldier for Elora.

Theory I found this on the IMDb for Pavi’s voice actress. Does this mean we’re getting a time skip??
EDIT: I somehow did not realize it said Pavi and young Pavi. My bad!

Discussion Do you think New Ba Sing Se will look relatively the same as it did in ATLA and TLOK?
I sure hope so. I kinda wish they didn’t add the “New” part to its name though

News Voice actor Eric Bauza just passed away, with Seven Havens being one of his last roles
Eric had done voice works for tons of cartoons, including Looney Tunes and Ben 10 Omniverse, and for Seven Havens he got to voice the guard Jin Woo, the New Ba Sing Se envoy Kuzon, and the Pudding Guy
Rest In Peace

Nobuo, please play a bigger role, I want more! I loved their gentle but firm and wise nature and the way they speak to Nisha. Top notch voice acting, and brilliant immediate characterisation (something the show is generally doing a fantastic job of btw). The other two belittled and berated Nisha - a nine year old who's dealing with the kind of pressure Aang felt but much earlier and not a master of any element - and Nobuo stays in control, talks nicely, praises where praise is due, explains (somewhat firmly still though) what is important for Nisha to know about being the avatar and being a firebender when things go out of control, and instead of mocking her says "no gold star today" - just loved the writing and attitude for Nobuo! Writers, more please!
