Vanilla Survival Hello! Here's my world
Watched a Minecraft video and got inspired to build again! This time I got better at designing and built my whole base in just 64 days, and I even got diamonds! This seed is actually better than my last one since the cave underneath was huge, and I even got a zombie horse and a new cat, anyways here's the screenshots of my world

Modded Extrodius's Soda Mod, now with *sounds*π
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
For the next month or two at least I'll be sharing update showcases for my mod once a week. The first few aren't the most exciting, but still stuff that makes the mod better. This week is SOUNDSππ

Here's what I think the Ice Cave Update could have
(Disclaimer: This post contains features that are only speculative)
I have looked up cool stuff on Wikipedia that I think Mojang would add or tweak in this Ice Cave Update. Down below are some features I would like to see:
1) Calcite and Snow Block sets
You know it already. Calcite bricks, calcite slabs, calcite stairs. Same goes for snow blocks too. In fact, igloos and some Tundra villager houses should have been made of snow bricks, instead of full blocks of snow.
2) Glacier Caves
Similar to Sulfur cave generation, glacier caves would generate above ground and act as more of a proper entrance to the Ice Cave generation. Mineshafts would most likely generate here
3) Pumpkins & Jack O'Lanterns
Pumpkins and Jack-o'-lanterns should really have a bottom texture, since they haven't gotten a proper texture tweak. Jukeboxes have gotten one, so why not these two blocks?
4) Penitentes (a.k.a. Snow Spikes)
Think of Ice Spikes, but made of just literal snow. This feature should serve as a close distinction in the natural Ice Spikes biomes.
5) Frosted Ice ASMR
I know that Mojang has changed the sounds for Frosted Ice, but I think there should be a sound for when frosted ice actually appears. Imagine yourself stepping on the water with your frost walker boots, and the only sound you hear with one step is an icy crinkling or crackling sound of freezing water. The same goes for when the Frosted Ice melts into water after some time.
