TW: Death
Police in Los Angeles found a woman’s body a few ago who has yet to be identified.
Gathering from her clothing, hair, and tattoos, she is likely a lesbian from the LA community.
We need help identifying this woman and bringing her home.

i need to get this off of my chest. i am nonbinary but identify with masculinity and butch culture. i use any pronouns. i had total mastectomy (top surgery) due to tumors. i am on masculinizing hormones to make my voice deep while also giving me more body hair and masculine fat distribution and body proportions. 98% of the time people assume i am a man and i have started using it to my advantage. people take my opinions and what i have to say more seriously because they assume i am a man. i now use it to fight against misogyny, transphobia, racism, and ableism whenever i see it happen. this is what being a butch is for me.

I'm 25F with PCOS. I don't really have any major issues surrounding it as I'm medicated, but my body hair is crazyyyyy.
Mainly around my genital and thigh area.
I have avoided having any sorts of intimacy and relationships because of it. I find it embarrassing and shaving it only irritates the skin and causes ingrown hairs.
Do women out there really dislike that sort of thing? I had a friend tell me that she found pubic hair to be repulsive, and she's bi. This isn't the first time I've heard that excessive body hair is considered gross.

I do. I'm admittedly a bit late to learning about politics because I grew up in an oppressive environment outside the USA where most people were apolitical. It wasn't until moving to Canada with my family and getting involved with a group of anarcho-socialist punks that I realized just how much politics affects us as human beings.
Now I only date leftists, the lefter the better. It's kind of frustrating at times dating in Canada because in the past a lot of people kept their political orientation private. They'd talk about issues, but not who they voted for. But this is changing and I'm glad it is.

I don't even know where to begin guys I just keep fumbling the same women over and over and over and then they keep acting interested afterwards (miracle) and then I do it AGAIN
Within the past 8 hours I just stuttered multiple times in a row trying to offer to help my crush with something and it turned out she didnt even need the help and with the other talking stage this is the eightth time shes tried to hit on me (blatantly) over text and Ive not picked up on it until hours later. And managed to say the most unappealing thing ever in the meantime and shes just "oh i see" hello?
Also a cute girl asked me if I had any plans for the weekend and instead of saying yes or not confirmed yet I sighed and mumbled "i tried... everyone is busy..." with my head in my hands and she didnt know how to respond WHY DID I SAY THAT IT WASNT EVEN TRUE? WHY DID I SAY IT LIKE THAT
Anyway I dont even know why Im posting this I think I,just need to be witnessed in my shame and agony today. I keep wondering at what point I ick someone out so bad that it is now a bad idea for me to make a move.
I am an adult woman in her twenties and I feel like I should be more together than this 😵💫 no I do NOT want to be the useless lesbian stereotype

She knows it too, she has many times said she wishes I was a man or that she was a lesbian
But now she tries to ignore it and wants me to be an aunt to her kids
I want her to meet a good man she deserves but at the same time I feel like I am what she deserves
I just wish she liked girls

Just that, how do you do it? And also in non queer-specific spaces how would you approach a woman?
I really don't want to make anyone feel uncomfortable, but also don't wanna assume someone's sexuality just by looks. I've met people before who "looked" straight but were gay, so I think best way is to just ask.
I've asked my straight friends about how they would feel if a woman was approaching them, they said they would feel very flattered but it has not happened to them. So they couldn't really tell me how I could approach someone without making them feel uncomfortable. I just don't wanna be creepy like men lol
Any advice is appreciated <3
