Jericho Sims would fit well in the high-flying transition units this team is very capable of running. He is a player that you get what you get with him on the floor, but at least you know there will be energy spent on the boards and will catch 3 lobs a game.

He's a cheap option who fits in as a reserve when Embiid is out or on the bench. He is on the offensive side a more consistent lob threat and has hands to actually catch the ball unlike Bona. He also seems to control rebounds better instead of letting them bounce around the painted area.

To be clear from the start, I mean that as a good thing!

We won 3 out of 4 games. 3 of those 4 where against really good teams. And we have had injuries and rest games as well.

We are still getting used to each other, which makes sense that usually takes a while. Maxey is only shooting 30% from 3. Simons ia shootijg 23.8% from 3. Lebron us shooting 10% from 3 and only 63% from the line and just 48.3% ts. Embiid only shoots 39% fg.

The average efg this season in the nba in total is 52.9 (basketball reference) which is already lower than last season we are at 48 with a ts% if only 52.5

Yet we still won 3 out of 4 against and 2-1 against good teams. Lebron especially is only 48.6% ts. And his assist to turnover ratio.

From his previous season scoring and previous matches I did see, he will be above 15 PPG player and 5APG player which is already great value for money.

We can’t sit around and wait till December to sign a backup big for scraps. Need to consider shedding salary by moving guys + picks if we have to, even if that means including one of Philon, Simons, Bona, Edwards, etc.

I attended this game. I begged and pleaded with the refs to add an additional ball to the game, but to no avail. Considering bringing my own ball to throw on to the court next time.

They need to grab another Center before its too late… Starting Lebron at C and playing him spot minutes as a C is just asking for trouble. Lakers did this to him a few years ago when AD would go down. He eventually broke down late in the season. And he was a bit younger then.
