Okay so i'm debating on trading my apple watch series 7 and get a series 12 cellular and gps for $420 after my student discount or should I get a iphone 18 pro max 256gb for $920.91 after trading my iphone 16 pro. My 16 pro has 88% battery health but I be charging it like 3 times a day since I use it so often. Like idk if I should spend the extra $500 and just get the new phone or wait for next years anniversary.

I’m looking to upgrade from my laggy phone because my current battery drains way too fast and stutters whenever I play Roblox or scroll social apps. I want a phone that I can keep for at least 6 years without performance lag, so I’m deciding between the iPhone 18 Pro Max and the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. For anyone who uses these for long gaming sessions and daily multitasking, does the extra battery life, vapor chamber cooling, and long-term software support make the high price and heavy size worth it over the long haul?

Hi all, I’ve had my iPhone 16 pro since it came out. It is a fantastic phone, however, in the last few months I’ve noticed decreased battery life, I have to charge it up to 3 times daily as the battery just seems to die even when I’m not using the phone (background apps, Bluetooth etc all turned off and battery capacity at 88%) I’ve also noticed the phone overheating and the phone just not processing as well, decreased speed, glitches and weird black screens, even my ringer being weird and echoing any notification that comes through.
So my question is, is it worth it to upgrade? Or do I just wait until this phone gets worse.

I’m located in Australia and I’m looking at this iphone but description says:
IMEI- 1 BLOCKED TO AU NETWORK,
Only IMEI -2 e-Sim works on Australian networks. However, when used overseas both the physical SIM and eSIM work perfectly.
Australian network blocked for physical sim. All genuine parts. Suitable for overseas use or eSIM only use in Australia, physical sim must be in the sim slot while activating the eSIM.
For anyone that knows a lot about iphones would you consider buying it or is it likely to be a headache and cause more problems down the track?

I currently have a 13 Pro that’s on its last leg and desperately need a new phone . M keyboard is not even working half the time and I do talk to text 90% of the time now :/
My question is when should I upgrade to the new pro as far as any deals happening soon since it’s the end of the year, I currently have Verizon, but if there’s another really good carrier, I’d consider it.

If I was to switch my iPhone Air for the iPhone 18 pro Max or 18 pro, but I regret it. Yes, the battery sucks. Yeah, there’s one speaker. There’s one camera lens, but I don’t take hardly any pictures only like on a certain occasion and I don’t talk on my phone that much. I text more than anything and I listen to music here and there, but not much and it seems like after like a year or almost a year, it’ll be a year November 7 that the battery has to be charged like two times a day, but I just feel like if I went to the pro or pro Max that I definitely would regret it because that’s what people say. They say they go to the pro Max or pro and then they regretted it, so they went back to their air

I have the iPhone 18 Pro and bought a case recently (Spigen Ultra Hybrid MagFit for iPhone 18 Pro / 17 Pro Case, Frost Black) but it's bothering me a bit because the edges all around are the same depth so I feel it a lot when swiping from the edge of the screen especially from the bottom.
Can anyone recommend a good case that has a bit shallower in the center of the lip but raised corners that still protect the screen when face down?
Hopefully nothing too expensive.

I’ve been holding onto my iPhone 11 for dear life, but it’s slowly becoming more and more unbearable.
The thing is constantly overheating. It’s at 67% battery capacity. I have to charge my phone at least thrice a day and can’t leave the house for long without considering charging options. Typing is so slow that the keyboard often misses letters or whole words while attempting to catch up with me. Matter of fact, everything is slow and laggy. Opening apps, looking up things, swiping on my homescreen, doomscrolling. 256 GB of storage was enough in the naive mind of 16 year old me, but I’ve grown to accept that I probably need at least double.
I was planning on keeping the 11 until Apple no longer supports it or until it finally gives up and dies in my hands, but that process is dragging out for much longer than I had anticipated, and I’m not sure I want to be committed to unnecessary suffering like that anymore. On top of that I don’t have a backup, so I’m at least a little scared to lose all the junk i have accumulated over the past 7 years.
What do you recommend I do? Will a battery swap fix most of the issues? What would a donor organ like that cost? Do I need to free up some storage? Or do I give in and buy a newer refurbed model? If so, which one? It would need to not be much bigger than the 11 (short fingers), and I’m not very fond of built in AI. I don’t need many special features; if it weren’t for the age related health problems, I’d be happy to keep my 11. But a good camera would be nice.
Thanks!

Hello people I was hoping I can get some advice here to see what is my best course of action
As of recently my IPhone 12(Had since 2021) has been much more slower and cutting my battery life to about 65%
But unfortunately since my phone does have a few cracks it would cost even more to replace the battery life and the case(Costing 300$ in total)
Since I am going to get a new phone but it’s gonna be next year and I don’t think I can’t handle with my phone but I don’t want my parents to see me just buying a new phone straight up of nowhere since they can tell lmao and since my older sister also has the exact same model and would kill me if I get a newer phone than here
Money isn’t the issue here(Well maybe my range is around 300$)
So should I go with the fixes or should I just buy an refurbished IPhone 13 or 14 from Best Buy
Just like anything that resembles an IPhone 12 just to keep me sane at least until I get my later iPhone
Any advice?

So I've been thinking about this for a while. I'm a teenager who occasionally films for videos so yeah i do value camera quality a lot.
i do value longevity though! i do need my devices to last longer and i might need stronger chips. I do think the 14 pro max may have the potential for this? The only reason i wanna downgrade is for the 120hz screen and a more premium feel, with slightly more advantages in terms of camera. And a slightly better battery.
Do not hate on me for this, lol. I just need honest opinions without someone yelling at my ears,., tysm!
(before someone tells me about the 15 pro max, no. I do not want the 15 pro max. Its out of the topic !)

Hey guys! I’m thinking about upgrading from my iPhone 14 Plus to a Pro model, but I’m having trouble deciding which one to get.
Before my 14 Plus, I had an iPhone 12 Pro, and I really missed having a Pro model. I’m currently deciding between the iPhone 17 Pro and the iPhone 18 Pro, both with 512GB of storage. The 17 Pro is currently around €400–€500 cheaper than the 18 Pro, which makes it a pretty tempting option.
I’m sure either phone would be a significant upgrade from my current 14 Plus, but I’m wondering whether the 18 Pro is worth spending that much extra on, or whether I’d be better off saving some money and going for the 17 Pro.
For those of you who own a 17 Pro or are considering the 18 Pro, what would you recommend? Is the newer model worth the extra €400–€500, or would you go for the 17 Pro? I would like to keep the new for about 3-4 years before buying a new one again.
I’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences. Thanks!

My wife has the Series 3 for a long time and wants to upgrade to a newer one for a Christmas present. Which series would you recommend that has nice qol features and won’t be too expensive? I don’t see a need to get the brand new one, which she agrees in order to save some money. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Upgrading my iphone 14 and wondering which model to go for. I'm most interested in more storage (256gb), better battery power, and better camera. I'd get all of this on both but it looks like better battery power on the 17 and better cam on the 16pro?
I'll be buying it refurbished & it's 730euro for the 17 or 901euro for the 16pro (both at 256GB with premium battery power and condition). I use it for work and personal use and I'd want it to last me 2-3 years.
Grateful for any input! Thanks

I got a few Magsafe accessories for my Iphone 18 Pro Max and thought I'd share what I went with.
PopSockets Low-Pro: I've tried a few phone grips before including the OhSnap Grip 5 but I still prefer the feel of having my fingers around a circular grip. The Low-Pro is really is really thin when folded-down, so it's barely feels like theres anything attached to the back of my phone. It also feels pretty stable and comfortable to hold when opened. The OhSnap has a more flexible design but I find the PopSockets more comfortable to grip. My only complaint is that the Low-Pro can be a little tricky to open at first.
LORZOR SlimMag: This wallet holds 4-5 cards, which doesn't add much bulk to the back of my phone. I also like the pop-up design because I can slide a card out from the side without the phone getting in the way. That's basically all I want from a MagSafe wallet.
Anker MagGo Power Bank 2 Pro: This is the 10,000mAh version with a built-in cooling fan. I've used UGREEN power banks before, including their liquid-cooled model. UGREEN is still worth it considering if you're on a budget, but I think Anker has the edge when it comes to build quality.
