tldr: use the computer version to enter the cheat and transfer the save to the 3DS, then delete the default save and rename the new save with the cheat to whatever the default save was called. ​

Due to the lack of L button mapping in the 3DS version of G Diffuser, and my own skill issues, I was having trouble entering the cheat code to unlock all tracks and machines. So I took​ to the web to find a 100% save but they were all in the wrong format (g diffuser uses .sav) and nobody wrote down any solutions I could find so ill share what i did.

Since you need the PC version of G Diffuser to get the files for the 3DS version, open that up, enter the cheat, and close. Then put that save file ( .../gdiffuser/saves/fzerox.sav) on your 3DS SD card in the directory 3ds/gdiffuser/saves. Copy the existing save's file name then delete it.​ I did the EK version so I had to rename the file from fzerox.sav to fzerox-EK.sav, but that may not be necessary for another version. Just rename it to what the default one was called if it's different from what the pc version makes.

And it worked for me.

Hopefully this saves someone a little time. ​

I started back up a couple months ago and climbed up from S24 or 25 (don't remember off the top of my head)! I'm so happy right now! The Markiplier clip was pretty much my reaction.

Been playing a lot of GX thanks to the new codes, so I got two extra gcn controllers just to unlock this little guy. Can't believe I managed to put in all those button presses correctly lol
